      I have been shopping at my neighborhood Family Dollar for 20+ years and was asked to leave the store because the cashier was having a bad day and refused to ring me out. Another cashier said they were the manger and could do whatever she wanted. I guess there’s no policies or procedures. When asked to speak to the store manger they laughed and said for me to try to find her. I see why my neighbors refuse to go to store #**** and drive the extra minutes to the next Family Dollar.

      Never seen such an unorganized cluttered situation. Should not be open for business!! Not only one in town that looks this way!!!!

      Indian guy was talking in a nasty manner and acted unprofessional when he handed over the receipt.
      This was 4 days ago in the evening time around 9 pm.

      The Bronx Location on the Cross Bronx even with the reopening needs to shut down again. The staff are disrespectful. They argue with you and the manager stands there and says nothing. I've gone there multiple times and never had an issue but with this new regime they hired they need to close again or retrain all of them.

      I went to buy a merchandise the video game headset to be precise it said it was for multiple platforms Playstation Xbox etc but when I open up the product it was only meant for PC usage there was no way to hook it up to a Playstation nor a Xbox and when I want to return the merchandise they would not give me my money back for the merchandise they falsely have advertised. So now I'm stuck with something I cannot use I don't even own the proper equipment for its usage

      Few days ago,I saw a clearance sign for ******************* sausage rolls,empty,then saw in the next section of frozen foods,$1.25 freezer,a whole case or 2 stocked there,so figured they reduced the price more & trying to get rid of them faster,instead of $3 something,it rung up $4 something,& guy just blamed that some one else working there stocked them in wrong place but no call for a supervisor.Then today I picked up just a few things,$30,including sugar, I check my receipt,saw the sugar is $2.65, yet the shelf where both brands are fully stocked,$2.15 for their brand & a bold sign there too showing our brand $2.15, compare to $1 .60 more for the national brand .So I grabbed the sign,took it up to the counter for quicker service,the clerk called his supervisor over,in a accusational,rude way,sup asks where I got the sign,I said the shelf where all these are stocked & matches the tags there.She rudely says " well,i'm gonna have to still check" , doubting me,& I said" go ahead"! She checked,waved me over,asked again where I found that sign,I showed her,between both brands of sugar,matching both brands prices in comparison,she then claimed it is for something else,she never bent down to look at the tag,sd it's their vendor's fault,yet the other day,I seen them stocking there,not ***************** are usually involving Pepsi,************************* displays, frito lays chips,not store & national brand sugars!She wouldn't even show me on the tag what $2.15 underneath is for & the sign diddn't show what those price comparisons are for,so if anything,it seems like she is lying to me & refusing to help me & fix it,due to just a visual dislike,since don't know each other at all. I waited at the register cause she was headed back up ********** looked like she was gonna fix it anyway,She gets up there,says register 2 is open,so I figured she was gonna fix this quickly & then ring up customers after,instead,she looks back up,notices me there,gives me a why are you still here look,says no.

      -10 stars.The manager was so rude and nasty I went in 10/16 at around 1pm to exchange a drip pan with my receipt from the previous night. The cashier at the front spoke no English and the lines were long. When I went up to exchange she didnt understand me of course and the manager started yelling at me on why I did not leave it at the front. First of all I do not steal , thats an insult and she kept saying she wont exchange for me next time. I had my receipt in hand. I was very offended and embarrassed. I will never shop at your establishment again.

      Store #***** is HORRID! They are the most unorganized, disheveled, disrespectful store Ive been in. Ive tried calling corporate in ********* *UMEROUS times, and the mail boxes are either full or you hold on for hours and no one ever answers the queue! The staff brings pets into the stores, they play music with profanity and the * word. The staff curse each other out, talk about their *** lives, etc. in front of the customers. The store either needs new management or it needs to be shut down!! If this store was on another side of town, they would not be allowed provide the kind of ignorant sloppy service they provide!!!
