      Family Dollar stole $****0 from me and is refusing to give it back in a shady scenario they pulled with their own merchandise. My name is Igor N******** and my phone number is 3********** I want my money back, cheaters.

      Good Morning,
      My name is Mr. Lindsey ****** **** United States Navy Retired Disabled Veteran. I what to file a Consumer Complaint against Dollar Tree/Family Dollar store located in Washington, Ga.
      On 30 January 24 between the hours of 11:15 to 11:45 I was verbally harassed, bagered and illegally banned from the store by a young lady who identified herself as the manager.
      As I was trying to return a item she consistently verbally taunted me as I was trying to conduct a transaction at the checkout counter. I repeatedly asked her to please leave me alone. She keep threatening to ban me. I thanked the young man for helping me. And told them both to have a blessed day. I left the store. Only to be stopped by 2 authorities. They asked me to step out of my truck and to explain what occurred. I told them exactly what happened and they let me go. This alone caused me mental anguish. Because my interactions in that store was completely professional and my behavior was not disruptive. She purposely tried to insult me. Intentionally inflicting emotional distress. Her actions were completely dishonorable and mean spirited. She displayed overbearing and over zealous tactics, which are not upstanding. She is poor example of what Customer Service should be, and a poor Discredit to herself and Dollar Tree Stores.
      This Manager really needs to take a course in Customer Service and providing with Customer Service training.
      Please ensure that this letter reaches wide spread dissemination within Your organization.
      Me and other disabled Veterans deserve to be treated better. I personally have been diagnosed with ***** And this whole incident was a severe trigger to my condition.
      I will seek damages for her actions, because she caused me emotional distress.
      Please acknowledge receipt of this letter.

      Insulting and accusing folks of stealing. I and my family will never shop at another family dollar! Horrible customer service and very dirty store. If there were 0 stars that’s what they’ll get. HORRIBLE,

      My family and I visited Family Dollar Store #1**** on Friday, 12/22/2023. We decided drop in to pick up a few last minute Christmas items. Upon arrival, there were limited parking available. So, my husband decided to let my daughter and I out in front of the store as he continued to look parking. We were later joined by husband who was on the phone and very upset with someone on the other end. Apparently, this person claimed to be calling from their corporate office and had witnessed him on CCTV dumping items in their trash bins. This person retrieved his phone number off of his truck and decided to scold him and threatened to call the police.
      We waited and encouraged that they call local authorities who would be able to review the tapes and have them realize that their accusations were wrong. Additionally, we were demanding an apology but were met myriad of excuses as to them not knowing who had called and that we would need to call the corporate office.
      I’d like for this store to understand that my husband has worked hard to develop his own company and takes pride as a black owner who provides professional services. Today, was an attack on his credibility and what he stands for.
      I am appalled that my family and I were accused of something that we did not do and received no apology not even from the store manager, *******  Have a backbone…you’re responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoying shopping experience and leave your store wanting to return in the future. Instead, she couldn’t even look us in the face as she offered to return items from out cart to the store shelves.

      This store in 1023 S Cesar E Chavez Dr
      Milwaukee, WI 53204-2204 is charging customers more then advanced..I don't think is fair we are located in a Latin community I see people come and go paying what the cashier ask and they don't stop and see the their over charging them just because they don't know how to comunicad. I had spoke to the manager and she said the she can't change the price in the register oh in the advertisement. I when to another store close by that is not a Latin community and they are more organized and the price advertised is different and correct in the register..I will like this to be corrected right away..I will Hate to think that you're taking advantage of the Latin community. Thank you in advance. And I will be checking on this store.

      Re:Family Dollar (on ***********/********** area in **********, **) Went to Family Dollar on Saturday, 11/18/23, and made a purchase. Upon leaving I noticed an over charge so I requested a refund. However, no one in the store (2 staff) knew how to process a refund due to a patron being overcharged. One of the staff called the manager on duty and I spoke with him over the phone. The manager asked me to come by the next day, Sunday, 11//19/23 between 9-4pm CST so he could process my refund. I returned on 11/19/23, a little before 3:30pm CST, and a note was placed on the door that the store was closed until Monday, 11/20/23.I returned on 11/20/23 and was refunded my money by a different manager on duty.RECOMMENDATION: if you are going to have staff work a cashier job they should be taught the basics of processing refunds and should not be turned away or told to return when a manager is in the store. Not acceptable.This location seems to be rarely staffed with workers who are trained effectively to manage a store and work with the general public

      The store in South Zanesville, Ohio is the worst Iv ever been to. The employees there are very rude and nasty to customers. And the conditions of the store are very dirty and unorganized. I will never shop at another Family Dollar in my life.

      The family dollar store # **** in ************ stole my money. The Corporate security gaurd, who is in charge of the entire Family dollar security name ***************** he says. Used the supervisor PIN number on another cashiers til, did a fake return and double charged me. I showed them my bank statement via IPhone, and he told me to get out the store and if I come back I was going to have a problem. I told him I wanted my refund, that he recharged me. He took my receipt and did not want to give it back to me, I would not leave the store until I got my original receipt back. I told and showed the supervisor and store manager 5 different times, the charges and my bank account on my phone the charges from Family dollar, and this guy, with a red shirt whos supposed to be security was screaming at the top of his lungs for me to get out the store and told them they better not give me my refund. He was humiliating me in front of about 8 customers that I was crying like a baby over 9 dollars. (I dont care if it was 9 cents, its my hard earn 9 dollars). How dare he, or anyone tell me I am not *********** a refund. Every time I go in this store its a problem with pricing. The headphones said $5, and they rang up $9. They were broke, and I am threatened if I return them or come back to that location I am going to have a problem? There needs to be a class action suit for this. I was told 2 wks ago the company doesnt have enough employees to properly update price tags in the store, thats why the items are more at the register. And now I was beat out of $9? Im still waiting for *********************** and *********************** to call me. This was on the 5 of September. So I guess I have to take other measures, and pay someone to legally get my $9 for me.

      I was harrassed at the Family Dollar located at 10437 Page Ave. in St. Louis. The lady there accused me of stealing, chasing me outside, I feel like I was descriminated against as well. I was so harshly treated that it caused me to have seizure. She yelled at me demanding that I empty the contents of my purse.
