      deposited 40.00 this morning, was charged 4.00, my son was credited 4.00, not 40.00. I am on hold for the last 1/2 hr. so here is the review, overpriced, finally got through, they want my credit card # again, why, what to rip me off again?????

      There was a class action law suite never saw a penny from them. Their system has been down for 7 days they charge the inmates $ a month to listen to streaming music which has not worked in a week. This happened all the time they said it's on the institution. How could that be? I am paying GTL directly for their streaming services. They refuse to answer my trouble ticket to change my last name which was changed over a year ago so I cannot put money on my husband's account. I want a refund. I spend so much money with them and they could care less that they can't access what they are paying for. I have been dealing with them for almost 10 years and it never gets any better. Now they are changing everything over to them and this is the customer service we are going to get. To request a new phone tablet when everyone in the prison can't access it. Nice try! I am needed a refund for the music and I am needing my name changed on my account. I should not have to wait over a year to get my name changed when it was legally done. I don't want to hear about the pandemic. IT'S OVER!!!!!! Treat people better and you would have employees answer the phone and fix the problem that is on them.

      I have tried to reach out to get help for this issue through multiple phone calls where I've held for 30 minutes each and multiple emails. I have been unable to reach anyone. I added money to my account. It shows that I have money in my account but when I try to send a message, it says that I have insufficient funds. I just need someone to email or call me back so that they can fix whatever is wrong with my account.

      This is the worst company ( Global tech ) I have ever dealt with in my life they block your phone so that you can't talk to the person that you're trying to talk to.i have been dealing with this for over a month. You can't cancel cuz they well block your phone from talking to any facility. Customer service when you call your on the phone every time for hours. Every time you call. I have called four times within one month and still have the same problem and nothing has been resolved. You put money on the phone to talk to someone and you can't even talk to them, because they have blocked your number and you have not even talked to the person you wanted to talk not once. If you do get someone to answer customer service they always tell you that they have to send you to someone else and they have to put you on hold for another hour and a half it is ridiculous they cannot take care of their customers. I have been on the phone right now for over an hour and I've talked to one person I've been on hold the whole time. This is all I ever hear" thank you for holding your call will be answered in which it was received please continue to hold" over and over again for a hours. There is a problem. Global tech can't take care of there customers at all. that is bad bad service.

      This company is not a good service at ALL! I accidentally signed up for this and I can't even use it...it was purchased yesterday and then they are saying they will refund my money except for $14.99 of it due to having to pay for the phone number.....
      It was a mistake to have even gotten this service that I cannot even use and for them to STEAL my money is not right.
      People make mistakes and it clearly shows I did not use their service so for them to charge me anything is absolutely ridiculous!!
      Complete RIP OFF! I would not even give them a ONE STAR if I could.
      The support rep- KIM- wanted to sit and argue with me through email. Customer is always right and it's about doing the right thing. Every circumstance is different. CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT HERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

      GLOBALTELINK is a scam. I had created an account for $30. The location of the person that I was calling was changed and did not use Global tel link. I called to get a refund and they gave me the run around to the point where I was on hold for over an hour. As of today, it had been over a month.
      THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
