      They blocked my account because they said it was fraud I sent him my ID I sent him a cashier's check I've been dealing with this problem for since December 1st of 22 they tell me he's inactive they tell me I'm over my limit they tell me I have to contact the prison now they're telling me I need to have him contact his caseworker to get it unblocked I'm tired of the excuses they keep sending me to the supervisor nothing gets done this is the only place where you can get service they told me well did you go try to do cash I did I went to Kroger's and tried to put cash on his trust fund and it gets denied I have called the Ohio RDC they tell me there is no block on his account so what is the deal I sent them their money just like they asked I have done everything they have asked me to do and they will not unblock my account

      They keep taking money when I’m clearly not on a visit then telling me they can’t refund my money when I’m having problems with your system taking more money than they suppose too

      Selling services that don't work entertainment bundles that they are not working most the things aren't working you call and they don't get back to you taking money and not receiving anything out of it.

      Where to start? This is absolutely the worse company ever! Phone calls are sometimes glitchy. But the video visits are the worse! I spend $6.25 per 25 minute video with my loved one who is at Shelby County Jail, TN. My account works just fine but like video visits hardly work. No audio on either end at times, system crashing, cancelling visits but providing no refunds, rescheduling visits with no notice, and now they have started the 2 visits a week, since the 1st of November, what?! Why? Per the facility, my loved one has 4 days for visits, regardless if they are on-site or virtual. Those days are as follows, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I mainly use the virtual visits because my loved and I have a child together and its his only way of his seeing our son, who is only 4 years old. The facility he is at will not allow anyone under 18 inside. Which I don't blame them. Its not really a friendly or inviting place for a kid. Don't get me started on calling the so-called customer service numbers. NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE!! And what "customer service" portal? There is no such thing. Like, 99% of businesses have virtual assistants or a messaging ability on their website. Why don't they have one?! Are they too cheap to actually run their services and take care of the customers? It is absolutely ridiculous for a company that is "innovated by technology" and brag about "keeping families in contact with their incarcerated loved ones." are doing a bad job of doing so. They need a complete overhaul or actually hire people who are competent and knows how to do their job, Or let another company like Security Technologies to do GTL's/ViaPath's job.

      I could write a long letter of how this app is the worst. However at what point to they get held accountable. How can we make them fix the issues. They have a contract to uphold and are not doing their part to fix issues.

      I requested refund via website on 7/29/22.
      I called CS on 8/10/22 and requested refund from customer rep, said it would take up to 10 business days. Viewed acct on 9/24/22 shows funds removed from acct on 8/11/22, Contacted CS on 9/24/22, rep said refund check was mailed on 9/2/22, as of 9/24/22 i have not eceived refund check so i asked to speak to supervisor which told me it was approved on 9/2/22 and not mailed till 9/15/22, which she said it wasn't mailed till 9/19/22 and if i don't receive within 10 business days to call back which will put it into 3 months waiting on refund. Dont understand why it takes so long to get a refund when they took the money from my account immediatly after trans, which means they got their fee right then as well but us customers have to wait for it to process out of their system. there should be a federal or state requirement for all companys to process and mail or electronicly send a refund within 7 to 10 business days from date requested. because as long as the funds are in an account, (personal or business) they can draw interest on all funds in the account on a daily basis if thy have an interest bearing account. which would be to their advantage to hold the funds as long as they can before having to release them. and the supervisor said they only issue refunds two times a month (the 15th and 30th). who reulates a company like this? since the transactions we do are connected to jail facilites run by state and government. and when our friends and loved ones are released from these facilities we want the unused funds we put in these accounts to make phone calls back it shouldn't take so long and multiple calls to this company to get such funds back. with a different excuse every time we call as to why we haven't received our money back. It would make more sence to refund to the credit card used to put the funds into account, but no it has to be on a paper check, so start early to get a refund and call often.

      The website is convoluted intentionally. There are several sites for different functions and when you are led to the sites you are prompted to do actions like make inaccurate deposits. I attempted to send a message when I was informed that a deposit is required. I followed the prompts to the payment site and paid the deposit. When I returned to the messages I was told that I didn’t have sufficient funds. I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The representative told me that the funds were sent to the inmate. I asked for it to be corrected as I followed the prompts as directed. He said they cannot. I also asked how many times a day they receive calls with this request because the redirected site prompts are inaccurate. He said, “I will not be able to provide information about what we do”. I asked to escalate the issue so I can provide my feedback. He offered to have me speak with a supervisor. I asked how long that would take. He didn’t know but I agreed to move forward with that option. He asked if there’s anything he can do to help I said no and instead of transferring me he hung up on me.

      This is the worst company I have every dealt with. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone to help with any technical problems. I have been calling for 5 days,
      With no answers and no response to my emails. I’m not sure how VA could choose them to provide service to inmates. However made that decision, needs to be reevaluated for that position.

      Worst service possible , can never deposit money on my account my cards decline talked to banks the banks are approving the but merchant is not , they won't allow me to change my phone number , everyday I have to make a new Gmail to make a deposit then I get message saying my husband left me message on the email but when I go to log on it tells me no email exists how can I get email from husband use the same one to log in don't allow me to it doesn't exist

      This company is suppose to provide services to inmates such as telephone, streaming music, movies, games. My son has had trouble with his music (which he pays $20 a month for, Pandora or Spotify would be much cheaper) and hasn't been able to enjoy it much. For the past week there is no music at all, nothing will load. This is at South Dakota State Penitentiary. I called them previously and the guy just kept telling me to have him plug his tablet into the kiosk. This is not an option for the inmates at the South Dakota Prison. The "customer service agent" didn't care at all. Just kept repeating himself. The tablets the inmates use don't work all the time - not sure who provides those. But if the streaming isn't working then stop taking the inmates money. This company preys on the poor, taking funds and not providing a service. On top of that, there is no customer service. When you call they treat you like you are some kind of dirt beneath their feet. If I could give them negative stars, they would get -10 at the very least. Do better.
