      I'm very disappointed! They come off at first as being so so concerned and caring until they find out we're a person stands as far as Medicaid concerned! I was trying to get my mom Medicaid to have help in my home with her but she had to get the CCC waiver before they could which was fine I understood that. However once applied and approved for the waiver I called and texted cassady no response what so ever. Because my mom was approved for medicaid and the waiver but she was out on a spend down (like a deductible) basically she has to spend x amount of her money in medical before Medicaid step in. Well my mom received a traumatic brain injury due to an automobile wreck so meeting x amount of dollars of her money was not gonna buy far be hard to do so. Cassady would not respond because they were scared they wouldn't get their share of monies. Ok I except that but to not call me back or respond to my text and just be straight with me is messed up and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!

      I would not recommend employment with this company. The management is horrible and in my personal experience, liars. I found out after I left Moms in Motion that my division manager had reported to upper management things that I had never said. I was blamed as a Service Facilitator ("case manager") for one of my client's attendant committing Medicaid fraud. They attempted to blame me for this stating that this resulted "in a significant loss that the company had to write off." This was completely untrue and unfounded, and the fact that this company threw me under the bus to save face with the insurance company shows their true colors. I have had several former clients find ways to contact me since leaving employment that are incredibly upset and frustrated with the fact that they will once again have ANOTHER case worker, after they became so attached to me. Hopefully the CEO and upper management can reevaluate their division managers to eliminate the toxicity that is ruining the company.

      I'm sorry that you had that experience and feel the way that you do. We do not typically fire anyone without cause, even though Virginia is an at-will state and we have that right as an employer. While I do not know the specific details of this situation, I will say that we have a zero tolerance policy with regard to Medicaid fraud. When we uncover it, we make it a priority to self report to proper agencies. We hold ourselves to a high level of integrity when it comes to that. That said, I will certainly investigate what happened here and if there was wrong doing on the part of the Division Manager, I will address it. For anyone reading this, I can assure you that our culture is not toxic, nor are our managers. Most of our team members, including our managers, are family members of people with disabilities, like the families that we serve.

      Absolutely Fantastic. Dads- Don't let the name stop you from calling. They have been wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive and supportive. The assistance they helped my son to receive would have been nightmare to obtain on my own. I am extremely appreciative for all that they have done for my family.

      Without Moms in Motion being on my son and myself side, my son wouldn't get services he deserves. Any issue that has popped up, facilitator was on it! Issues resolved. Any parent of a child or adult child who is struggling to get services closed to contact moms in motion. If you can't work due to caring for your loved one with disabilities CONTACT MOMS IN MOTION.

      AWESOME!! I’ve been with MIM for approx. 4 years now and I am extremely grateful to be able to have this opportunity to take care of my adult son and still have an income coming in. Sometimes there are are struggles with technology issues but everyone who gets involved goes the xtra mile to bring anyone and everyone on board to fix the issues.
