      Excellent! It was slow in the beginning due to minor changes with the authorization, but I've been working with them for the last year, and it has been a wonderful experience. I recommend them to everyone who needs a facilitator. *** D- EOR

      Sadly, they get some kind people. But - the case loads are either too much or the pay is too low or the management and training is just completely lacking. There has not been a consistent case worker since we joined. Turn over every 3-6 months. We lost the ability to put in hours even though I started the annual process with them 2 months early because of it happening the year earlier - they still missed their deadlines. So very disappointing, and the kids/(adult kids) still need the support and we the parents really need the help, but it ends up being a much heavier load managing them on top of our kids and every other service we have to navigate to keep our son healthy, happy and active. They need a full process reingineering and a management plan to actually fulfill a meaningful service. The voicemail sounds great when you call - but they do not follow through on their brand promise they leave on there.

      We're sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, while we cannot discuss specific details of any case on this public site, but we can offer general information. In the case of reauthorizations, which it sounds like you are referring to in your comment, any service facilitation company that you use is reliant on other organizations in order to do their jobs. In the case of DD Waivers, for example, we are supposed to get a new ISP Part III 60 days before an authorization is due. We use that document to write our plan of care for the new year. 60 days gives us the opportunity to conduct a visit with the families, submit our auth paperwork, which usually gets pended, allows us time to respond to the pend, and then get approval, all prior to the end of the current plan year. Unfortunately, more times than not, we do not get that document from the *** until just days before the auth is due, which leaves us scrambling to get it through the approval process. We have raised this issue many times to the powers that be at *****, but things just never seem to change.       ***** ******** is incompetent and continues to be a disgrace to service facilitators. Her lack of care for her clients is evident in the fact she can not seem to communicate effectively or respond in an appropriate amount of time and accepts no responsibility for her actions. *** ******* CEO has been made aware of her incompetence and clearly enjoys her clients being frustrated and disgruntled as she has been made aware of Mollys lack of professionalism and still has her employed as District 3 supervisor. My family is disgusted by this companies lack of professionalism and accountability

      I was a client with Moms in Motion from *********. There were always many problems with this company such as turnover of facilitators. We had a new facilitator every 3-6 months. But I tolerated it because they were always able to take care of ******** there was never a lapse in services for my disabled daughter until this year. But the problem with the business is that they now completely ignore the clients after the original paperwork. As long as they get paid, that is all they care about now. They completely went ghost from February 2025 to May 2025, they never checked on us and I just found it impossible to get in touch with anybody in the company. I emailed, texted, called. I called their customer service line multiple times to get in touch with anybody. Nobody has called me back. I am sure they keep billing ******** for the services they do not provide. It is a fraudulent company at this point. All they care about is to get as many clients as possible to turn a profit but they are not helping anybody at this point because they cannot handle the amount of clients that they are billing for. Huge scam! I fired them yesterday & reported them to ******** fraud department. Their greed is going to get them.

      I'm sorry that you've had a negative experience. I can assure you that we absolutely 100% do not commit fraud. I cannot speak to your case specifically on this public site because of HIPAA laws, but I can say that the ONLY service we ever bill for is when we go to the home and do a visit. That's it. There are no other services that are even billable for our service line. So any emails, phone calls, processing of paperwork, newsletters, social media support, assisting new families through the screening process, working with other agencies to coordinate services, making calls to the fiscal agents to troubleshoot payroll issues, etc. are all things we do for free. Those are not services we can bill anyone for. We are not collecting money from ******** for services you believe we are not providing. You are 100% right that we have had turnover. We are not immune to the staffing crisis that has been happening all over ******** for every kind of ******** provider since we came out of COVID. We have been advocating hard to change the requirements for who we can hire and we had a mini-win on that front when CMS recently approved the removal of the degree requirement, but it hasn't been implemented yet, and so our staffing challenges remain. We do the best we can for all of the families we serve.

      It took forever to get started. No one knew what the other one was doing. After awhile it got on track and then the communication stop. No return calls or emails. Other than that all associate were very kind.

      When we first started out trying to find a Service Facilitator with other organizations it was a nightmare. No one knew what they were doing, would not respond to my calls or come out and say they couldn't help us. Until Moms in Motion. Our Service Facilitator is professional and very helpful. He walked us through the whole process and is always just a phone call or a text away. Moms in Motion is a great example of how services for the disabled should be done.

      My disabled daughter has been a client of Moms In Motion since April 2024. Initially they were responsive to my requests and answering questions. However, since approximately October of 2024, I have struggled to find anyone to respond to phone calls or emails. Our case manager stop returning phone calls in October. I tried to track down our new Case Manager and was not input with in touch with a new Case Manager until March 2025. The case manager assigned then is no longer our case manager and we have yet another case manager. Between October 2024 and this April, I sent multiple requests via telephone and email to assign me as the personal care attendant instead of my daughters current attendant. *** has no record of ever receiving any information from Moms In Motion about this. Anthem, however, is aware of this change and decreased my daughters hours because Im also her primary caregiver. The information sent in by Moms In Motion to Anthem regarding the number of service hours my daughter needs indicate that she does not need any services on the weekends which makes absolutely no sense. My daughter does not become abled on the weekends. She needs just as much assistance on the weekend as she does during the week. Ive been trying to resolve this latest issue for the past two weeks.The lack of communication is astounding.
