      Perfect house siding and trim replacement! Service was fairly quick and the *******, very kind. Clean up was excellent too, as was cost. I couldnt be happier.

      We are retirees and need the occasional help with minor repairs and painting. Today, ******** came out and took care of 5 things on our list. We enjoyed his company and appreciated his expertise and efficiency. We will definitely use ************************** services again!

      After contacting over 15 companies (no exaggeration), unsuccessfully, to remove the solid panels in two of my kitchen cabinet doors and replacing them with glass panels, I contacted "Mr. ************************ They said to bring the doors in for them to see and upon doing so, I was told it could be done. I am so very pleased with the results! They were delivered to me very well protected and look absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. I will be using their services in the future, for sure!

      ******** did a phenomenal job fixing our shower door that I truly thought was unfixable. He was very professional and honest regarding our options, as well.

      ****** came 12/13/24 and returned 12/16/24 to complete the job of installing flooring in my upstairs hallway. He did a superb job, and cleaned up afterwards. I was impressed.

      I love using this service because they always able to work around my schedule and fit me in one of slots available. Yesterday they came by to fix a storm door in the front that was giving me issues to get in and out of and they did a terrific job to ensure I wont have that issue anymore. Also they put a nail in my porch stairs rail that randomly been loose for a while and fix my back storm door that wasnt catching so I can lock it.

      Contacted last Friday did not hear back until Monday told me estimate would be on Tuesday but I was not aware anyone showed up because NO! estimate was left per my request? I then called them AGAIN! on Monday & was told he had been by on Tuesday but did not leave my estimate because he would send it to me? I just don't understand WHY??? my estimate wasn't left on my door as I had requested it to be done on Tuesday??? Very POOR customer service!!!

      Sorry you felt like you received poor service. We sent our estimator out to assess you project. Unfortunately, we are not set up to leave an estimate onsite so the estimator comes back to enter them into the system and then they are sent out. We strive to provide only the best service. I'll have someone reach out ASAP!!

      A bit more information: We did follow up with the customer and offered apology for the breakdown in our communication process. We then sent out the two estimates that we prepared for services (one for replacing an 8' section of fence and the other for painting (963 & 797)) in good faith and with our best guess at the work involved. We received the following response (punctuation and all caps as received):MR. Handyman, To whom it may concern: I find these TWO estimates to BOTH! be Waaaaaay!!! Over Priced & a HUGE!!! ******! To MY!!! ((INTELLIGENCE))!!! You that work there! That are Calling your Victims, & that are emailing those estimates, should really be (ASHAMED)! of yourselves but, I'm SURE! You are NOT? You people that go out to the Homes to write down these estimates should be SUPER! *******!!! to hand these in at the office! But I am just very Fortunate that I have Waaaaay! MORE! Intelligence than you people that work there think I have? Don't ever call me or contact me again! I would HOPE? that there are NOT? that many people out there that actually BELIEVE? that these prices are Legit? (Most Insulted ***** *******) We provide service for thousands of Richmond homes every year and really do our best. Our customers are always free to accept of shop more upon receiving our quotes. We certainly do not try to deceive anyone nor do we think any of our customers are not smart. We tried.

      ***** *. did a great job replacing my garage door trim with PVC. It was a job I couldn't find anyone else to do, but Mr. *********************** ***** also repaired a bifold closet door for me while he was at my house.
