      Mr. ********************** did a great job with the fan in the bathroom. I thought I would have to buy a new fan, but he cleaned the one that was there of dust collected and it worked fine. VERY HAPPY!!!

      Mr. ********************** and ************ did a great job with a few projects in my house. The project was trickier than it appeared at first and I appreciate that **** took the time to get it right. I'm very pleased with the service.

      On 5/21/24, I inquired about services here in Hampton and apparently the message is routed to Richmond. The following day I returned a missed call from ***** who initially said that he had called some time ago. I told him it was only two hours ago. Anyways, I explained a vent I wanted to replace and it was clear he was not familiar that I had described several times. He asked for photos and I sent them to him. Even with the pictures, he was not clear on the products related to the item. He said that he would call me back with an estimate. Second day now; never head back from him. I would never do business with a business that disrespects potential clients. Wonder how many other victims are out there?

      *** -so sorry you felt disrespected. We care about all of our customers and do our best to serve them. We are not perfect and with the holiday weekend coming, we were really backed up and did not get back to you on Friday after you called Thursday. Our customer service reps are all in the ******************** office - we have a field office in Newport News for operations. As you can imagine, our CSRs are faced with many different situations -any they can answer quickly, but some they need advice from one of our experienced techs.

      Both Handymen I have used,***** and ********, are knowledgeable, friendly, neat, and explain everything they do. And both do a great job. I highly recommend using Mr. ***********************

      ****** was excellent! He was so friendly and helpful. He installed four matching ceiling fans and did a great job keeping the rooms clean during his work--I will definitely call and request his assistance again.

      ***** came out to my house to repair a hole in my shed roof. He did an outstanding job! He was also very professional, courteous, and friendly. He took the time to patiently address my questions as well. He truly went the "extra mile." I was very pleased with him and with the company. They scheduled my appointment with ***** just two days after I called! I was quite impressed.
