1 starAccount 19*********/01/24 Date of Service During my visit at Patient First I was asked to give a credit card to keep on file for any charges that ocurred. The company did use the card and I didn't get a bill until several months later. You sent my account to a collection agency and request that you retract it. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.Review fromAnna S

1 starI recently visited the Patient First *********** location with a bad lower back pain. I was examined by Dr. ****** ***. Please stay away from this "doctor". She wrongly diagnosed me with a pulled muscle, based on her guess after looking at my Xray. She could not answer any of my questions. For every question I asked she gave me the same answer- "I don't know". After several days of pain I was able to see my primary doctor *** examined me and properly diagnosed. The pain had nothing to do with the pulled muscle. I was related to my IBS problems. I was proscribed the correct medication and my pain went away. I don't understand why I have to pay for the that kind of service from the Patient First doctor? I tried to appeal the charges, but since the claim was processed corrected, my appeal was denied. I did contact the Patient First corporate office with my complain and they said they will address it, but the was it. I ended up paint for the "service" from their "doctor" . I will never use Patient First again and do not recommend them to anyone.Review fromJosh S

1 starCollegeville Patient First is horrible I was there about 3 weeks ago, after being registered and while being treated I requested to speak to the doctor multiple times about the health issue I was having. The physician assistant ignored my request and my wifes request to see the ********* were not busy so Im not sure why I could not speak with someone. Dr ****** was there according to the website and according to a nurse on site. This was concerning so I called and the receptionist let me know I should speak with the director ***** ********, I left a message last week but never heard back.Review fromElizabeth E

1 starLeaving a review for this greedy, scam of a "health care company" I can. They steal your money, do absolutely NOTHING for you, then charge you AGAIN MONTHS LATER. They are incompetent with insurance and mess up everything so bad you'll be creating new health issues just dealing with them. Nobody has any intelligence, knowledge or empathy at any of their locations. Just go anywhere else.Review fromJames F

1 starI took my wife to this location for dehydration. We told them shes pregnant but have suffered from the last several days being over 103 degrees. They started trying to pad the bill with a bunch of test dispite repeatedly warning them she was pregnant. AFTER I spoke to the nurse I found out they were testing to provide a potential denial for IV fluids. I was very upset. I was a firemen for 7 years theres no reason to deny service to a pregnant woman let alone lack of transparency and failed communication. Then when i called them out for it the Nurse ***************************** (infront of about 12 people lmao) falsely accused me of making threats and called the police to have us removed before we could file formal complaints. I assure you i called corporate and was denied the right to speak to HR and file the complaint. Any doctor or nurse who at an "urgent care" deny urgently needed fluids to a pregnant woman after days of 103 plus degree heat should be fired. There is a level of ignorance within that behavior that should be fired on principles alone shame on him. And his report to police would have been false as plenty of people there heard the conversation. The only reason hes not getting arrested today is i didnt want my wife to miss carry she is 36 and high risk. Being dehydration is the primary lead to pregnancy failure. He had to have know his actions of calling police could have forced my wife to miscarry. Beyond that i should have stayed so the police could have had him for false reporting but my wifes health is more important. If she miscarriages i will be suing ***************************** PA-C personally and patient first.Review fromDmitri P

1 starI am writing to report a deeply concerning incident involving my recent visit to Patient First at **********************************************. After a fall at work resulting in a wrist injury, the attending doctor performed an X-Ray and misdiagnosed my condition as an unspecified sprain on left wrist and prescribed ibuprofen and tight brace that was forced onto my wrist. However, upon returning home, the excruciating pain escalated to tears. Recognizing the urgency, I sought a second opinion at ******************, where I was correctly diagnosed with a closed nondisplaced fracture of the triquetrum in my left wrist. This misdiagnosis, along with the subsequent harm inflicted on me, leads me to insist on a thorough investigation into this matter. I am committed to ensuring that this case gains the necessary attention it deserves.Review fromElizabeth R

1 starWhile the facility maybe in your insurance network some of the Doctors are not in any network and they will charge your credit card 5 months later with only a 4 days written notice via mail.Review fromJibril C

1 star28Dec 2023-******************** that Ive ever seen in my life. I will never return to this location. First off, the administration does not listen to the patient at all. As I was in processing at the front desk and trying to get registered, they were not listening to anything that I was saying. When I told them that the address they had for me was wrong, she just said OK and continued to work. She handed me a Worker's Comp. certificate to fill out and when I told her it wasn't a She continued to tell me that I had to fill this piece of paper out so I did. And then she asked me for my commanding officers name in order to verify that I am in the army, even though I am being referred to that location through my insurance company and have an insurance claim number And have my active duty military ID card in my hand. I was put into a room and told to stay there until the x-ray machine was open. I was in the room for about an hour before the x-ray tech came and got me to take me back to the x-ray **** I was told that they couldn't do the x-ray because my Worker's Comp. claim wasn't properly filled out and I had to re-register as someone who came to the facility without a Worker's Comp. claim which is what I told the lady when I first got there. So I had to go back and re-register to get another number in order for them to take the x-********** waited an additional hour for that to happen, and then I finally got my x-ray after the x-ray they told me to When I went back to my room, it was already cleaned up and someone was in there, so I had no place to go. Had to wait an additional 30 to ********************************************************* my diagnosis and prescribed me some pills and told me that they would follow up with a phone call about the results of my injury.
Yesterday 29 December 2023, I was on the phone with my PCM updating him on my medical situation and the administration staff at the *********** location called me to communicate my x-ray results. Since I was on the phone with my PCM I wasn't able to answer my phone so someone left a voice mail. The person on the voicemail did not leave their name, did not leave a callback number, but instructed me to return the call and request to talk to a nurse to discuss my x-ray results. So I returned the call at 8:00 AM morning of 30 Dec 2023. A reception person answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for over 20 minutes. There were interruptions throughout my holding where I would briefly be taken of hold and could hear laughing in the background and would return to hold. After exactly 20 mins 13 sec I was transferred to voicemail I figured that my call had gotten disconnected. So, I called back and said, I was transferred to voicemail, a different person said that the nurse was not at her desk, thats why I was transferred to voice mail. She abruptly hung up on me without saying anything. So, I called back and I asked to speak with a manager and she said the manager is out and wont be in until Tuesday and then hung up on me again. So then I called back and I told her that I didnt appreciate her hanging up on me, and before I could even get that out, she hung up on me again.

1 starSeven hour wait, you're put in a room and forgot about while the staff is outside your room standing around laughing and having fun. The doctor is in a hurry and just about wants you to come up with your own diagnosis and then run tests that have no bearing on your condition. Total waste of time and sitting in there all of those hours made my sciatica flare up which wasn't why I went there in the first place. Their patient portal sign up is useless trying to set up and answer to a question would be around 30 days when your special log in number would expire. So all of that time wasted and my condition is still the same except now I'm in serious pain with the sciatica flare up from sitting in there all morning. Probably should have used the *** same wait but with probably better care. Since they took all vitals, ************* and knew of my sciatica on that visit I called to see if I could get something for the pain. They said "you have to come in and see the ************** hours caused me to be in pain and they want me to come back and sit to make it even worse??? INSANE!!! (Bowie location)
