Worst customer service ever. I had to call five times trying to get a refund for a charge they put on my payflex card. After hours of research and proving they never billed our insurance properly they finally admitted fault. They only refunded $340/$418 that they charged. Due to their error in processing, their failure to properly notify us, and their lack of communication I'm having to fight to get money back. Plus this has now messed up my flex spending. Do not recommend. Only helpful person was a training officer in the local office.

Absolutely waste of time and money. Took my daughter here 3x, problem persist. Will not call with test results and ask you to come in for re-evaluation for the same problem. Maybe if the correct meds were prescribed, symptoms will improve. Such a rip-off.

Today (10/1/23) Patient First just basically STOLE $238 out of my checking account for a visit I had 18 MONTHS ago without any explanation! And they only sent me a text message a few days ago saying they were going to do it without any other advanced warning or attempt to at least work something out with me. What a bunch of ripoff artists!

Very impressed with the *********** Patient First. This office was very personable and welcoming. I was quickly checked in and brought back to be seen. The receptionist, *****, greeted me with a smile and got me quickly registered explaining bill procedure. The nurse ***** ***** was wonderful, and friendly. **** the xray tech, who was also lovely took detail views of the injury and ***, the ** read the xray. The young man, **** did an awesome wrap of my injury and was pleasant. This entire office was the most efficient, high quality service I've ever been to. I highly recommend them .

I have been a patient at Patient First for approximately 10 months. I recently received my first bill from them for a recent visit. I logged online and paid the bill for the invoice I received. However, I noticed two debits from my accounts (two separate accounts, but both transactions from Patient First, in separate amounts). I called the ****************** to determine the issue and they first told me I needed to file a dispute with my bank and that they likely applied a payment to another patients bill from my bank account. Seems odd, but I file the dispute and all seems well. Then, about 10 minutes or so later, Patient First calls me to tell me that it was my bill.. from September. Its now June. Ive never seen this bill to verify its even mine. They did not have authorization from me to make this payment. And the bank account they made this payment from, was the card I used while in office, months ago. NOT the bank account I had authorized a payment for, for the invoice I did receive. Patient First then advised me to call my bank (again) and tell them to reissue the charge. I told them I wouldnt be authorizing any payments until I see a bill. It seems like an incredibly unethical business practice to just run payments without authorization, WITHOUT ever seeing a bill! Check your statements against your records, folks.

*** never write or complain but this time they turn my 7 years old daughter down she was crying having an ear infection and just bc I didnt have her insurance with me and I couldnt do a co pay ** the insurance will question me. I feel disrespected and disgusted about it. Patience first they rather let people with pain or die just to have there money.

I visited Patient First for a very painful spider bite. The doctor told me that I had an inflamed hair follicle. He didn't even really look at the bite site and I told him I was bitten by a spider. Thankfully I had an appointment with my regular doctor the next day who confirmed the spider bite as most likely a black widow and prescribed antibiotics, a surgical wash solution, and a special antibiotic cream.Visiting Patient First was a complete waste of my time and money.

My husband and son have been billed by this company for 2 years without knowing anything about the context of these appointments. It seems that these are fake bills, but I see that there is an actual company. They list amounts for insurance payments, but my insurance company has never seen a claim for this date or company. I've contacted the insurance over and over for the past 2 years. They have never seen a claim, so in my opinion the monthly statements from Patients First are fraudulent. The word "insurance payments and discounts" have no relevance to my family's insurance company. In addition, there is mention of a secondary insurance (??), late fees, late fee reversals. None of it makes any sense. When I've called they have asked me about being seen, but I don't know if I was seen because I have no memory of visiting a medical facility near their locations. They are in Virginia and I live in *************. I didn't even want to provide 1 star, but I can't post without one.
