      On August 10,2022 I went to the Patient First location in *********, ** for a upper respiratory issue. Physician care is very good however if you have questions about billing youll never get a response to either phone calls or emails. Tried to call multiple times but never spoke to anyone and this is during their stated business hours. Sent emails too and no response to them either. Absolutely horrible customer service. Dont waste your time here, go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and money. Urgent Care is so much more organized and professional.As of 9/9/22, still have not heard anything back from my emails nor having placed three more calls in addition to the multiple times after I received my bill. The phone is never answered and neither are emails.Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. That won't happen to me again...once and done!

      I would give no stars if I could. I cut my hand mid August and went to Patient First in ************ as it was late and it was either that or the *** I have no insurance so I had to pay out of pocket. Fine. Recieved seven stitches and paid three hundred. Was told to return for a follow up to remove said stitches in ten days. I arrive and check in on the greasy touch screen yet NO ONE knew why I was there. They then tried to charge me an additional one hundred twenty nine. I asked why I am being charged to finish a previous service they performed. She then tells me well maybe there is a charge but I will wave it for now. After waiting for a half hour the doctor shows and takes less than FIVE MINUTES to remove them after which he told me I wouldn't be charged since it was a follow up. I get home and the cut immediately starts to bleed after I was told it was healing nicely, was given a cheap bandage and told not to worry about it reopening. No butterfly closures which I thought was the standard. I just received a bill of fifty nine for said visit. So I am being charged a fee for a five minute follow up they performed the original service for. Stay away from this establishment at all costs, literally. This place cares about money and that is all.

      I went for chest pain because I had a cough. Your chest hurts when you cough right? They ran an EKG and blood work like I was having a heart attack. An unnecessary test as per usual. But I thought, hey my insurance will cover it so why put up a fight? Turns out I had a sinus infection. But that's not the issue. My date of service was 8/19/22 and they billed my insurance 8/21/22. Well, I just got a text message (8/25/22) stating they were going to charge my card $825.00 on 9/8/22. WHAT?? So they were going to charge my card before insurance even had a chance to pick up the tab? Unreal. They shouldn't be allowed to do that! And this is not the first time they've done this. Every time I go I get a bill and every time I rip it up. Funny, I never get another bill after that. Um, I'll be going to Medstar or anywhere else for that matter from here on in!
