Completely negligent when giving care. I was at the location in ******* recently. I asked when I would be providing a basic patient history since I needed to be seen for a problem that was reoccurring. Was initially told that someone would talk to me in the back. That never happened. Vitals and then they started calling for a ton of tests. When I asked what they were looking for or if the tests were necessary, they completely stopped everything and had me see the doctor. I saw the doc for maybe a few minutes. We couldnt determine what the issue even was which means they were just trying to get as high of a bill put together as possible instead of actually treating me. 300 dollars spent on absolutely nothing. Ill never go back. Im absolutely disgusted with this place and will be making sure that everyone I know knows it.

Patients first nearly killed me. I had trouble breathing. They did an x-ray and determined that I had pneumonia. Now, when I came to the place, I logged in with my new phone number and current information. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home. Three days later I was worse than ever and now I had pain wrapped all the way around my chest and back. I called them and was told OMG you need to go to the hospital immediately. Turns out I had pulmonary edema. They had a radiologist look at my x-rays later and he told them to get a hold of me immediately and get me to a hospital. Because they failed to update any of my information that I entered, they were calling a phone number that had been out of order for a year. When I got to the hospital, my heart function was at 9%.I have CHF. I was probably a day away from death.

I went to Patient First in May. I paid the copay within 2 weeks after the insurance EOB confirmed the copay rate. Now, 6 months later, I received a bill for the full amount which the insurance already paid. Trying to get a hold of a live person to explain but its difficult.

I absolutely love the Patients First , ************************************* in ***********, *******. From the time I enter the facility, until the time I leave. The employees are so pleasant! The Dr. on file as of 11/9/22 is fantastic as well. He makes sure you understand your diagnosis. That you have no other concerns, that you have all your questions asked and that you have full clarity and peace of mind before you leave . I came their 8 months ago and even though I see new faces on the team. They act just as nice as the patient first employees 8 months ago. ****, I would make them my primary if I could. ??

10-23-22 i went to patient first ***********. Long wait but that was ok alot of sick people like myself. It was a Sunday they filled 2 prescription for me. I HAVE HEALTH AND PRESCRIPTION INSURANCE. Patient First doesn't put my meds thru my insurance they bill my credit card (i needed to supply when checked in) full price. I call patient first patient accounts i was told that a 30 day hold would be put on my account and she varied my insurance information. November 4th i received my credit card bill and my medicine was bill to master card. Patient First are sneaky and frankly liars about their bill process. I contacted master card and filed a dispute for them not to pay the charge which they Gratefully Agreed. Watch you billing when you go to Patient First.

Questionable billing practices. They take your card information not telling you that they will debit as they deem appropriate without actually knowing if you owe money or not. They then make it impossible to call them to dispute. They have very low reviews for a reason.

On 10/22/22 my son was not feeling well and his dad took him to Patient First (100 *************** **************, **.) and was denied services/visit because his dad has a past due bill. Dad has a totally different insurance and this past due bill was something he had no knowledge about. Its very frustrating when a child is in pain and cant get the proper care he needs. My son has nothing to do with his dads bill. Hes a child!

I keep getting statements from Patient First claiming I am past due on a bill. I already called customer service and explained my secondary insurance, which is ********* is supposed to pick up what ******** doesn't. The customer service representative said they hadn't heard from ******** and that's why I keep getting billed. She told me these bills are put together via machines. She also said she would notate my account to have it investigated. Obviously it wasn't. Now I get a 'final notice' and it says if I don't pay, they will send my bill to a collection agency, and I will incur more costs. Also, they will report me to credit reporting agencies and no longer treat me. Thanks a lot Patient First!! How about you do your job and investigate what is going on like you said you would. I wouldn't doubt that someone at Patient First didn't even send this part of my bill to ********. Here, they don't do anything on their end but I will end up paying for it in more ways than one. I don't have this issue with any of my other providers. This is all their fault. Patient First is so irresponsible at the expense of their patients.

When I went there it was a mess the staff were talking trash about other employees as patients sat such as my self it took them almost an hour and a half to be seen for a simple physical .then when I was told you can just walk in get your tv test read no waiting .the next evening they shut the doors at 8 :00 pm without a notification to me letting me know this as I was told I cant be seen before 7:00 pm . So I went back the next day had to wait a half hour and the receptionist was spraying Lysol all over her office and cleaning things the Lysol was very overpowering I had to fill out paperwork for my tv test in the lobby .they really need a class in human compassion and gossiping about other that work there instead of caring for the patients I think thats why its called patients first .I will not going back there I guess Id rather been seen any a local clinic they seem to have no mannerism when it comes to people sad

************ ** location is filled with hours of waiting with poor customer service and borderline ******************** neglect. Unsure how they are still operating. Needless to say, if you have a medical issue PLEASE do NOT come to this location. Seek real medical help. Staff does not obey mask policy but patients must.
