      I ordered a Hamilton Beach toaster oven directly from Hamilton Beach which arrived dented. I immediately sent photos and the information to the ***************** This was on December 1, 2024. Since then, I have repeatedly sent emails (they do not accept phone calls) and the past 3 email responses I received kept saying that they were emailing a return *** label which has yet to arrive. As of today, December 19th, 2024, I have yet to receive a *** label to send the toaster oven back. It is shocking how terrible Hamilton Beach's customer service is. Based on this experience I will never purchase another Hamilton Beach product again. I simply want a replacement or a refund.

      Hamilton Beach provided me a damaged and broken slow cooker and I have submitted all information to Hamilton Beach and no return label was submitted. Order ******* needs a return label and will be filed for dispute without an attempt at resolution. I have submitted all pictures and evidence and Hamilton Beach has not solved this after weeks

      I ordered a "Wave-Action Quiet Blender" from the Hamilton Beach website on Dec. 1. When I used it, it leaked liquid out of the bottom while blending, so I needed to return it. The Hamilton Beach website only provides a messaging function for any customer service issues. I messaged my request for a refund Dec 9. I didn't hear back, so I messaged again today Dec. 13. I also called the 2 customer service phone numbers I found for Hamilton Beach. Both have recorded messages saying to contact them through the website.Hamilton Beach does not provide customers a reasonable way to reach them regarding refunds or defective products.

      I bought my microwave in March 2024 when the microwave is on and being use it makes an awful grinding noise. I filled out the online warranty information on November 2, 2024. I was told "The microwaves are handled by a different department. In order to receive assistance for your microwave, you will need to contact this department. We have provided their contact information below.Please be sure to contact each specific communication channel as they specialize in different areas regarding your ***************************************** (for assistance with warranty). I emailed this email on Nov 2, Nov 5, and Nov 13 with no response. I then attempted to fill out the form again and specifically mentioned that I was not receiving a response from the email they had given me on November 20th, I received a response on November 24 saying the exact same thing as before. I attempted to email the provided email again on December 5th, and now today again on December 9th. If you call the Hamilton Beach phone number, It directs you back to the online form and then hangs up. It is impossible to get a response from anyone to help my situation when this is clearly a manufacturer issue that should be covered under the warranty.

      I bought a crockpot on 12/1/24. It cooks to fast. When setting it for 8 hours, the meat is boiling and over done in 5 hours. I'm afraid to leave it on when I'm out of my house. I'm unable to use it when I go to work for the day, in fear of burning ny house down. I spoke with someone and was told the new crockpots cook faster and adjust my recipes. IT'S A SLOW COOKER. I never had this problem with my old crockpot, which I used all the time. There is something wrong with this crockpot. I'm so disappointed with this Hamilton beach crockpot. **************** is Not Helpful at all. I just want a crockpot I can trust to use.

      I ordered a stand mixer directly from Hamilton Beachs website on November 26, 2024. I received an email from them confirming my order and telling me that I would receive another email when my order shipped, that it takes 3-5 days to ship order. However, my credit card payment went thru immediately. Several days later I went online to check to see if my order was shipped and realized that there is no place on Hamilton Beachs website that allows you to check on your order. There is no phone number to call, to speak to someone to check on your order. ALL the phone numbers I looked up online have the same recording. It pushes you to an email (for ALL ISSUES even warranty). So I emailed them and got an immediate response saying that due to the high volume of emails (no kidding?) that it could take up to a week to respond. I just want to know my order will be shipped! I got an email response on December 3rd, stating that it takes 3-5 business days for processing order (online it says it could take up to 3-5 days) and then up to 10 business days to receive the order. Thats almost an entire month. In this day and age thats unacceptable. And no where on the website does it explain their ordering policy. It does say shipping is *** ground service, so it shouldnt take up to 10 days to receive their product. After several emails, I did get a phone call today, but my phone said it was probably SPAM so I didnt answer it. It turned out to be someone from Hamilton Beach, unfortunately the number they called from isnt a number that receives calls. The person just said to email them, which Ive done. Its now been a week and Ive not gotten notified that my mixer has been shipped. This is unacceptable! The item should have been shipped within a day or two, I realize the holiday may have gotten in the way, but it should have been shipped on Monday December 2nd at the latest. The fact that Hamilton Beach doesnt have a human one can talk to is abysmal.

      Purchased Hamilton ***************** from ****** in ******************************** on February 19, 2024 for $91.15.Contacted Hamilton several times to remedy the problem of it getting clogged. Followed their steps at least 5 times at only worked for about a week each time. Tried to call their toll free number ************. You can't leave a message regarding the problem. They send you to their website **********************************************, still cannot explain the issue or speak to anyone. I sent a letter explaining everything via certified mail tracking number 9590 9402 8918 4064 7243 71 October 24, 2024. It's been more than 6 weeks and I have heard from no one.
