      I entered a contest and received an email from this company saying I won with a code to order the product I won with free shipping. When I tried to use the code it didn't work so I emailed them. I've attempted to reach out for resolution multiple times with no resolve but I cannot get the prize I was notified of winning.

      Hamilton Beach apologizes for the inconvenience. On 9.24.24, an inadvertent email was sent informing ~***** people they had won a sweepstakes for an air fry and grilling oven.   It included a one-time use code to redeem for the product.  An email went out to inform the recipients of the internal error early Wednesday morning, and a 20%+free shipping code was provided by way of apology. Thank you.

      On 7/16/2024 I ordered a Travel Case *********** @ $9.99 and a Crock, 8Qt, Black - ***** @ $27.99 from the Hamilton Beach website, and paid a total of $39.88. The order was never received, because *** returned it due to damage. No delivery was ever attempted. I have attempted to have the items replaced, but have received nothing but equivocations from the company's customer service rep. ***** 15 weeks I was told I needed to wait for 6 weeks, yet 9 weeks later I still have heard nothing, other than when I initiate contact. It has now been a half year, and I still do not have my parts. I have attached all *** tracking data, as well as proof of delivery and the complete e-mail chain between me and customer service.

      I recieved a replacement but not the same color as original. As you xan see Blue does not match my kitchen . I asked for red in numerous emails or at least a color comparable. Like silver. I even offered to wait til red was back in stock. Or they could have upgraded to a red one. This is not my fault the numbers wore off after 6 months and only used 5 to 6 times. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Very very dissapointed. Please resolve this asap. Thank you, ****** ********

      Ive tried for several weeks and Hamilton Beach just keeps sending me automated messages. I want a phone number for them because all I really need to do is an exchange. The product I have is not the product I ordered. They refuse to answer me.

      I purchased Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer model #*****, Series #A4042CE from ******. At the time of purchase, the product was advertised as including a Large Frying Basket. This inclusion was reinforced in the product manual, which lists the Large Frying Basket as an included accessory. However, the Large Frying Basket was missing from the box.When I contacted ****** customer service, they re-issued the item with the same missing Large Frying Basket. When I contacted Hamilton Beach's customer service to resolve the issue, they claimed that the Large Frying Basket is not included with my specific model and that the manual is used for multiple products. This contradicts both the manual and the product listing, which created a clear expectation that the Large Frying Basket is part of the product.Furthermore, Hamilton Beach directed me to their own website for product information, but this is irrelevant, as I purchased the product based on ****** listing at the time, which also included the Large Frying Basket as an accessory. The Large Frying Basket is currently out-of-stock, and Hamilton Beach has refused to provide a replacement or alternative resolution.This is misleading and deceptive advertising, as the company failed to clearly disclose which accessories were included and which were not. This has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.

      Hamilton Beach submitted to me a broken insert and has refused to refund for order *******. Hamilton Beach has been in possession of the *** return for over 2 weeks and refused to refund the price

      I bought two appliances on Nov 17th. They each arrived separately. The coffee maker arrived fine. I received the toaster oven model #*****D, SN A1342CE just in time for Thanksgiving. Upon inspection the toaster oven was damaged. It was shipped in the original glossy HB retail package. I took pictures and I immediately reported this to HB customer service via email with pictures of the damaged box and the damaged toaster oven. A few emails were exchanged but there was no personal contact, no telephone number only email communication was offered. A few days later I received return instructions. I sent the package back Fri. 12/6. *** confirmed package received Monday December 9th. ** confirmed receipt of the box 3 days later on 12/12. Ten business days have passed since the package arrived at ** facilities. I get no sense of urgency to resolve this problem. In an early email I asked for a replacement toaster oven. Email response was that ** does not do replacement but credit only after an inspection by returns department. 10 business days have passed and I've heard nothing. They have the unit how long does it take to do an inspection of damage? It seems to me that ** customer service does not have any internal goals or standard for customer service return around time. I'm asking for a credit so I can go out and buy a toaster oven in time for Christmas and not be inconvenienced by no toaster oven since November 17th, 2024.

      I ordered a Hamilton Beach toaster oven directly from Hamilton Beach which arrived dented. I immediately sent photos and the information to the ***************** This was on December 1, 2024. Since then, I have repeatedly sent emails (they do not accept phone calls) and the past 3 email responses I received kept saying that they were emailing a return *** label which has yet to arrive. As of today, December 19th, 2024, I have yet to receive a *** label to send the toaster oven back. It is shocking how terrible Hamilton Beach's customer service is. Based on this experience I will never purchase another Hamilton Beach product again. I simply want a replacement or a refund.
