    Absolutely marvelous! Shawn great advice, awesome communicator. Rich and Trevor "Bad 2 Da Bone" Knocked that job out the park. And the heat is so comfortable. Atlantic Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, Technicians are "cooler Than 12 Trays of Ice Cubes" MARVELOUS!!

    My second time with Atlantic Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, and a second excellent service call. This was for yearly maintenance. Trevor arrived early and took care of the service of my unit. Very friendly and efficient! Recommended company and customer service has been excellent every time I've interacted with them whether over the phone or in person.

    I had been using a competitor for many years but got to a point where I felt that competitor didn't care anymore. Despite having a complete A/C and water heater install 13 years ago, and having current a service contract with the competitor, service calls took weeks to be completed. I became familiar with Atlantic when I had to call another service provider because the competitor could not provide prompt service. Atlantic, however, was able to come out, sometimes the same day. I switched my contract to Atlantic. When it came time for a new system, which occurred in June 2024, the competitor never even responded to a request for a quote. Atlantic gave me a reasonable quote on a new heat pump system. I went with them. This is my first heat pump system, and it has a required a couple of fine tunings since installed. But Atlantic has provided excellent service ever since. I've also used them for plumbing issues and their price are transparent and fair, with, likewise, prompt service. 5 stars.
