  This is about my 04/13/25 complaint. US Repairs called me and asked me to take down my complaint. after Thinking about it I decided to leave it up and explain what they did for me. I talked to Krista, and she was great, she made sure that my money was taken off my card and even sent me an e-mail. with the conformation. I did get a longer cable and now my printer is connected the right way. I did this on my own. When she called and asked me to remove the complaint, she made sure that if would have no effect on my service. I did tell her I needed someone to call me and give me back my password account, I told them not to erase it, but they did. Krista said someone would call me Monday and fix that problem. She gave me her private number in case they did not call. The good thing that came out of this is I learned a lot about my computer and printer on my own. That is why I raised the stars to a three, also because Krista followed up. She is the only one who ever did. If I have ever have another problem, you can be sure I will call Krista first.

  Truthfully they shouldn't even get 1 star. I contacted the company I bought my printer from as I was having trouble hooking it up. All my devices hooked up to my router but the printer. In some strange way, I was transferred to US Repairs and was speaking to Philip, who said he was the manager, he hooked me up with a David. He worked 2 and a ½ days on my computer because he said that it was loaded with malware and spyware. When he got done my printer was hooked up to the computer not my router. Before that he told me on day 1 he said I needed another cable to connect it to my router, he went on line on my computer and showed me the cable. I went 47 miles to get the cable, where I live there is no place around that carries that cable, and called them the next day to say I got the cable, but it would not fit in the printer. Then I was told that it was the WRONG CABLE. I said I was not running down to exchange the cable, and it was the one they told me to get. So they worked on it some more. By the end they hooked it up to my computer to the printer. When I went to print 2 days later, my printer said I had no internet connection. I went on ****** and bought the right cable, and I just received it today and low and behold it is working. When I got done with them, they said I owed them *** dollars. I said what for. I paid them *** dollars in November for 7 years of protection and repair on all my computers and printers even if I get different ones. If they were going to charge me another ******, I wanted my ****** back. Philip said they would forget the ****** dollars. I never signed the paperwork they sent me so they could get the ****** dollars, still have in my e-mail. Checked my credit card and they still took it out. They are not honest people and the company I bought my printer through I will not be dealing with them again
