    Thank you so much Andy **** for getting my printer attached to my computer wifi and then getting me the latest in network and virus security! He is like a magician. I was able to meet w him right away and that was very awesome. he is sooo smart and patient and very sweet!! Great company!!!

    US Repairs charged me $2,000 for computer services. After considering the outrageous fee this company charges for computer services, I want to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund of $2,000. It was unclear to me what I was signing up for at the time of the purchase, and I did not realize I was buying a lifetime computer repair service. After discussing this situation with someone at US Repairs I was told that it would not be possible to cancel my subscription. I spoke to one salesman on the phone twice and was helped with my computer problem once. I am not interested in doing business with this company which has engaged in high pressure attempts to convince me to remain a customer. The situation seems simple to me: I made a mistake when I subscribed to this service which I now realize was over-priced and unnecessary. I want to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund of my $2,000. It seems to me that any legitimate company would cancel my subscription and refund my money. I do not think US Repairs is making a good faith effort to resolve this problem.
