After being a bit anxious at first, we have no regrets. No problems from consultation to ******************* bill went down approximately 20% after installation. We recommend without hesitation.

This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs. We replaced every window and door at the cost of 55k only to have a complete disaster from beginning to end. 14 service calls and *********************************************** mid December 2022. Last night I discovered yet another problem, a dent in a door panel they changed out in December. Theyre a bunch of amateurs that were not prepared any of the 14 times they were at our home. I basically had to project manage their team for them to make sure they had everything covered. We should have gone to Pella instead. Incidentally, ***** were very interested in our horrible experience with Richmond Window Corporation when I spoke with them recently. Apparently its not the first time theyve heard complaints like this.Richmond Window Corporation

Simply the finest! 0% financing and Renewal by Andersen Window reputation is too good to miss. The sales reps and project managers create a very comfortable rapport with clients. They ask what you want and what you think you want - no judgment. Then they explain the range of options available based on you budget, character of your home, and taste. Bottom line, they want to help you make the best decisions and avoid any mistakes; they are thorough with no pressure. They have seen a lot and will give you the benefit of their vast experience. The installation crews make the magic happen. With obvious respect for your home and the quality of the assets they are installing, the teams bring years off skill and pride of workmanship to your project. Like any high-skill team, they work with a minimum of vocalizing, no wasted motion, and literally leave no fingerprints. And everything works! And then after a couple of weeks the sales rep stops by to check how the project worked out - because he was just a few minutes away. Who does that?? My faith in the business sector has been revived as a result of doing business with Richmond Window Corporation.Richmond Window Corporation

They were very professional and knowledgeable. 5 starsThe Renewal by Andersen Representative was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He personally inspected the windows and doors in our home. He quickly identified that we did have older Andersen Windows. He evaluated the health of our windows and suggested that we replace a few of the window screens. He provided information how to do this. My wife and I were very pleased with Renewal by Andersen.
