VW 2016 E-GOLF- Lovely little car, stopped working. The Control unit went, and a charger cable that is under the battery. Luckily the control unit is covered by warranty. Had to ship the car from Cleveland, OH to Wooster, OH for diagnosis, then ship to Massachusetts for warranty battery work. That was two months ago. VW keeps shipping the box to the dealer with the wrong part in it. No one will compensate me for all the time without my car. Lovely little car, with horrible customer care. And i still have to pay $1,200 for the charging cable that lies under the battery- and still no idea when my car will be returned :(

I don't normally do this but they didn't even acknowledge my Facebook post. I am very disappointed in VW. A few years ago I bought a used VW Jetta because I needed a good dependable car. After putting a couple thousand in it in repairs I couldn't take it any longer and traded it in for a brand new VW Golf. I thought maybe the Jetta wasn't treated well by the first owner. Well, I have had the Golf now for two year and I take care of my car but I'm still having issues. I keep getting check engine light coming on. This time the check engine light and it came up and said it was in emergency transmission mode but could still drive it. So needless to say I took it in as soon as they had a loaner car. Now they say it has a bad battery and between an oil change and battery it will be $666. and some change. Really $500 for a battery I don't think so. Just because I'm a female living on my own doesn't mean I should be ripped off every chance the opportunity comes around. So to wrap it up when the time comes I will not be trading in my VW for another VW maybe a Subaru, they have good reviews.

We purchased an AUDI Q7 in December of 2020 and love the car. Unfortunately, the car has NOT PERFORMED WELL. Within the first few months of ownership the electronic system began to act up. We have issues with hands free interface which is a safety issue, ignition key recognition resulting in an inability to start and/or unlock the car, the a/c system locking up and unable to adjust the fan and less frequently the temperature controls, and the radio go in and out as if someone was flickering the on and off switch. All issues are intermittent making it even more difficult to resolve. We have resorted to videotaping the issues when they occur to document the behavior of the computer when the issue(s) arises, as long it is safe to do so. We have brought the car in at least a dozen times to work on these issues which has been both time consuming and inconvenient. The dealership has been responsive. However, the manufacturer has a known faulty product that was put on the market before the bugs were worked out. We were just notified that Audi Corp has a solution pending with a software issue expected to be released the first quarter of 2023! This definitely appears to be a “lemon” of a car. I am requesting either a buy back or compensation or a rental car or some recommendation by Audi to resolve this issue.

Audi of America will not stand behind its products. My 2015 Audi A6 has 86,000 miles and is consuming over 1.4 quarts of oil every 1000 miles according to tests performed by the dealership Audi of Brookline. This is a known problem with the Audi 2.0 engine and has been the subject of a previous recall and numerous law suits. Audi of America and Audi of Brookline refuse to provide relief.

HORRIBLE Quality and HORRIBLE Customer Service. ZERO STARS if I could
I purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan in May of 2019 and had a pre-purchase inspection done at the Larry H M***** VW in Denver. They made NO MENTION of the timing chain condition, nor the current recall and lawsuit that was currently taking place for this make and model. A month later I was back at the dealership with a busted engine and again NO MENTION of the current recall or lawsuit.
Fast forward 2 years and $5000 in repairs later and I finally find out about the possible reimbursement of my costs only to be told I was less than a year outside of the extended warranty deadline and wouldn't be considered for a goodwill reimbursement since I didn't get it fixed at a dealer... If I had known that would help with reimbursement I would have definitely had it repaired at the dealer.
I have emailed multiple VPs and all they say is there is nothing they can do. I will never own a VW again.

I bought an Atlas 2022 and in two months I had issues with the car. First started with the brakes and then one of the tires. The parts have poor quality. I am parking car outside and driving normally. In a months there were rusted on the brakes. In two months there was bubble on one of the tires. I got the car from Ourisman and told them this is not normal and bad quality. They just told me it is happening and not on warranty even I have manufacturer warranty as well as Ourisman warranty.
