  *********. Had no idea my car was towed until I received notice that a lien had been put on my car. I'm disabled and don't often drive; I had no idea my car had even been towed until I needed it to go to a medical appointment. They had my phone number, address, email address... but they couldn't be bothered to contact me. I had to pay $600 to get my car. It was parked in a parking garage, three floors down. They're looking for people to tow. It's disgusting.

  Absolute lowlife losers and liars doing a completely unethical, evil business. I truly have no idea how this business is even barely legal, as it is certainly 100% unethical and feels 100% criminal. They are the absolute lowest, absolute worst ????????????

  What a country of thieves, big company all professional thieves tow the car without conforming dmv that the person has renewed his registration or not. Well developed countries has changed that old s*** system 15 years ago. For example, in ****** all traffic wardens have access to check the number plate and find out road tax has been paid or ****** like that, if someone ask for your mobile number and the person say I dont have mobile I have land line number. All these big companies are big mafia,Robbing people , and main problem is that even police cant help you.What a shame

  i think that they need to rehire some of those staff men, they are causing the company to lose money ,i have call for a towing many times and even the female receptionist was getting frustrated not knowing why it was taken the driver so long to pick up a car it was always the towing guy is not answering their phone or they are stuck in a huge traffic flow and they never show up at all .i have reported an abandon dodge charger no tags and they refuse to pick it up ,, and it's still sitting, it seem they don't want to do their job, they prolong until the car is gone, they are terrible all they do is ride around doing nothing . then they ask to take picture of the car after i given them plain prescription of the car along with the tag number and color, but yet they say we need your name and picture of the car. this is insane, when i given all that, no towing ever shows up until dark they must have more than 1 tow truck.

  Toll our car while I'm standing next to the vehicle. The driver told me they didn't install a temp parking meter in my car. I told the Toll truck driver I was driving away, and he asked for 50 dollars for the gas. If I'm not pay for it, my car will get tolled, and pays minimum $200.

  Racist company. Woman on phone thought I was white and was very nice talking about a reduced fee due to sticker falling off of windshield. Then once i arrive a man looks me up and down does a huge thing about looking at the windshield saying there’s no sticker. And charges me full price plus a weekend fee even though it is Monday.

  This company criminally broke into my car. They towed my car from my apartment parking lot in Alexandria, VA even though my parking decal WAS on the back windshield. I called the tow company and expressed that I needed to pick up the car, but that I checked with my apartment complex and confirmed I had my sticker showing. He said you can check the car when I arrived at the tow lot. I arrived there, and the guy said that I could check my car, "but to not unlock to look inside". The decal was gone. My friend who was with me, then pulled open the left back door of the vehicle, and it opened and the CAR ALARMS WERE GOING OFF. I did not use my key fob to unlock the vehicle. Therefore, my vehicle was locked. Yet, my friend was able to open an apparently unlocked back door. When the other doors were still locked. I believe this is evidence that the tow company jimmied into my car, thereby illegally and criminally breaking into my car, to remove the sticker to negate their mistake of towing my vehicle. When we confronted the guy, he averted his eyes and repeated there was no decal. There is no explanation for why the rear car door (the one closest to the decal on the left rear window) was able to be opened when I did not electronically unlock with my key fob. Furthermore, the alarms went off which means the alarm system was still electronically in effect because electronically, the doors were locked. Which means, he manually "unlocked" the car by jimmying into my car.

  A representative of this company would not allow me to retrieve any records/possessions from my glove box except for "wallet or medication." This is contrary to Virginia Code § 46.2-118. Post hoc, this seems to be the only form of recourse available.
