This is a predatory and shady company. Our car was removed from the property we rent in the middle of the night during a massive storm, stating that we didnt have a visitor pass. This couldnt be the case, as we have never moved our visitor pass from its position in the car and saw it just earlier that day. When we picked up the car, the pass had been shoved into a stack of paperwork in between two seats. The only option is that the people who towed his car noticed an unlocked door (his car doesnt have autolock), and moved the pass to make a quick and easy paycheck. As the day before this occurred, a passenger had left the car and not locked it on their way out. I am obtaining footage from the office and will be pursuing further. Absolutely livid that this company is allowed to be in business.

I called because my vehicle was towed from my apartment complex due to an administrative error. The individual that I was transferred to after calling, refused to tell me how and how much it would cost to retrieve my vehicle without me explaining why my vehicle was towed. Frankly put, people don't have to explain how their vehicle ended up towed, and it is extremely unprofessional to attempt to belittle an individual that's are trying to get their vehicle back, especially when you don't understand the fully situation. You are not judges, and you are not paid to attempt to mediate situations between parties. With this poor standard of customer service, this company is inviting and unnecessary amount of drama into an already stressful situation. Do better.
