I was pleased with the entire process from the estimate to completion. I was very impressed with Caleb and his estimate. He was quick to return calls when I had questions. He was easy to work with and prompt in finding solutions. The project manager was Nathan, and he was involved in the process from day one. He handled every issue as it arose, and he returned to move deck furniture because I recently had surgery. He was easy to work with, and I felt like he was working for me. The finisher, Mel, who did the trim work around 5 skylights was the epitome of a professional. He gave me options for the trim, and he completed everything quickly.

CENVAR did an outstanding job installing our new roof. Christian, the project manager, kept me well informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. The crew worked hard from early morning to dusk and finished the job on time. They did a great job cleaning up when the work was completed. We couldn’t be happier!Cenvar Roofing

CENVAR (Lynchburg VA) was an incredible company to work with throughout the entire process in replacing our home's roof!! John ******** provided us with a professional detailed accurate quote that was sent to us the very next day, following him personally meeting us at our home to discuss our roofing needs!! He fully explained the entire process and happily answered all of our questions!! Christian *****, our CENVAR Project Manager, was outstanding, professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire project!! The roofing crew is to be commended for being a phenomenal group to work with and were committed to performing the highest quality of workmanship in replacing our home's roof!! Paul, CENVAR'S scheduling manager, provided accurate information regarding the scheduling date/time!! We highly recommend CENVAR to professionally meet anyone's roofing needs!! The entire process, from beginning to end, was 10/10. Titus was very professional and quick to respond to questions, concerns, and we had an estimate within days of initial contact. The crew was unbelievably efficient and respectful of our property. They were all so polite and extremely hard working. Also, Cenvar was much cheaper than other estimates.Cenvar Roofing

Excellent work. Our roof was literally falling apart with only one re-roofing since the house was built in 1978. Cenvar uncovered all the rotten plywood and replaced many boards. We were very glad they even replaced boards that were slightly questionable. Where we wanted copper sealing around the chimney that had no problem meeting our request. They moved any items in our landscaping that had the potential to be damaged during the installation (garden pagoda, solar garden lights) and replaced them exactly where they were originally located. Clean up was great, using a leaf blower to take care of the small stuff. I am surprised that BBB has not given them an A+ rating which I think they rightly deserve. Even their price was the best of all the companies that we considered.Cenvar Roofing

Great pricing! Fast response! Very professional and efficient! Am amazed at how fast a roof can be replaced. Workers so polite and workmanship was top notch! Used Cenvar for several locations and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Our roof was about 28 years old and was due for replacement. After talking with our neighbor who had their roof done and reading reviews about CENVAR Roofing we decided to to go with them. After contacting their office, they were very polite and quick to schedule an estimate. The company's Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We thought the Proposal was fair and ok'd them to proceed. Within a very short time CENVAR Roofing contacted us to schedule a date for install then a date for material delivery. The Project Manager and the entire crew were very professional and completed the job as promised. Clean-up was almost perfect with very little loose pieces and only 2 nails. We had 3 minor issues that needed taken care of and the Project Manager returned the next day to take care of them. Overall, we were very pleased with our roof and the workmanship that went into our roof installation. We would definitely recommend CENVAR Roofing. Thank you-Jeff and KristineCenvar Roofing

Having been a small contractor in years past, I am not surprised when a business has complaints. It happens, but it seems that Cenvar has resolved the issues. My experience with them was a year or two before they changed their name, a big mistake in my mind. It takes years to build a good reputation and then you confuse the public with that horrid name change spending a lot of money just to get it across. Anyway my experience with "Lynchburg/Cenvar roofing was very good. One of their office people came back here when he found out that one of their people didn't know how to put on pipe flashing and made the change himself in office clothes. Having been a grunt at one time, I was impressed. They came back to correct a tiny leak on another flashing and fixed that as well. Having put on roofing, I was also impressed with their speed and ability to coordinate so many people at one time. Kinda like ballet without the pretty girls.
I don't really know what went on with these couple of complaints. I do know that some customers couldn't be nicer while others seem to be unsatisfiable. The latter will drive you crazy if you let them. They are either trying to get the final price knocked down or are just unreasonably picky people. My sympathies are with companies like "Cenvar" for having to put up with them. I like them still in spite of that weird name they call themselves now.Cenvar Roofing
