      Ordered graduation announcements and we still have not received them and graduation is less than 4 weeks away. What a joke of a company. Do not ever do business through them. They are impossible to get in touch with as well.

      Scam- they pretend to care and will promise you anything under the sun to get you to order something from them. Once you do, they will tell you to bad, and too sad for you. They will even pretend to "ship it out" or say they will cancel it, and not.I have spent over a month and I am still being screwed over.

      People please believe what these almost ZERO star reviews are telling you. Im going to be contacting our school to let them know just how bad it is to deal with this company and will NEVER order from them again. They do NOT answer when you call, even though its during their business hours. They barely reply so that when they do actually reply youre getting a run around so nothing is ever resolved. You can NEVER reach the school **** that person also NEVER RESPONDS. There is zero accountability even though you pay $1000.00. They just dont care. NOr do they help. Even though one order is paid they will NOT allow you to pick up ANY ITEMS at all. So whats the point of ordering graduation announcements, when you paid them IN FULL, when you wont have time to send them out. I do NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Youre stuck if you do.

      If I could give a zero I would. I placed the order for my daughters senior cap and gown as well as diploma cover, etc.. September 6, 2024. They notified us via text message that they would be at the school to disperse the items on April 8, 2025. My daughter stood in a long line only to be told her things were not there. Needless to say once I went inside for a detailed explanation as to why her totems werent available even after the order was placed well in advance, I was only told that the company didnt ship it to them in time so it would have to be mailed. Truly disappointing when you are proactive in ensuring order was placed well in advance just to be told they dont have it. So unprofessional and unorganized. Im so thankful she will not have to go through this process or company again. Need I mention that there were orders placed as late as a few months ago and those arrived on time. Utterly unacceptable and ridiculous! Very upsetting.

      Herff-Jones us absolutely the worst company to do business with. They made a grammatical mistake on my graduation announcements and will not reprint them. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund. They wouldn't even refund me my $35 customization fee!

      Bought my ring back in the beginning of August and paid $15 for shipping to not have my ring be shipped to me until mid- late December even though it was finished and got shipped to a representatives house on October 5, 2024. Why pay for shipping and add and shipping address if theyre not going to ship you your ring? Dont work with these people please

      Tell me why any good and reputable college would do business with Herff-Jones. The announcement do not even have a description of what you are buying in terms of the font and size . The sales rep listed was contacted three times to try to get this answer, then tells me, "The announcements are proprietary and licensed through *****************************, and I do not have access to this information." Why am I even wasting my time with such a ridiculous answer. The university should know that any customer wants to know what they are buying! You cannot slap an image on the website and expect people to not ask the obvious questions. Please contact Herff-Jones about this for ******* for a *******************. The source can be found who replied with such a ridiculous response...after THREE times. What a joke!

      Ordered 2 yard signs. Received one. **************** is extremely difficult to get in touch with. No apology from them. Still have no received the second sign I ordered. Worse part is they have a monopoly on graduation signs if you want your schools logo on it. Advise to anyone, the price is absurd, forgo the school logo and have one made elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I wish I had.

      Worst experience with graduation announcements. Company does not stand behind their products when it comes to quality of printing. DO NOT order your graduation announcements from Herff Jones! Its a complete ripoff and youll be disappointed with the results. They will not work with you for reprint, refund, or any solution that will make the experience right. You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Business takes no ownership of quality and places blame of printing proof on university which is bad business if you are being promoted as exclusive printer. Graduation sash was not ironed properly so there was a huge crease down my sash. Buyer beware!

      we have ordered the Announcements on the 19th of October 2023 my Son is graduating on the 16 of December 2023 we have received announcements from a different Student
      I contacted Herff right a way and we received an incomplete order today November 16th
      I had to send the wrong order back with Fedex but they could not rush ours
      I am expecting a discount
