      I ordered my ring April 11, 2023 for my MSW graduation. The establishment took two payments from me. I was told my ring would be shipped out June 20th or 28 and I would receive an email with tracking information. When I didn't receive my ring or tracking information, I called the establishment back and was told that my ring will be shipped on July 1st, 2023 by a male representative. I did not receive an email with tracking information so, I called back on July 5th, 2023 and spoke to Ciara and told her that I feel as if im being scammed and I would like to make a case and speak to a supervisor/ manager. She gave me case # 213991 and told me a supervisor will call be back. My order # was 9617668. A supervisor called me back told me the same information that my ring should be shipped out July 1st 2023 and he doesn't see any tracking information and suddenly we get disconnected. I am highly disappointed in HerffJones establishment and I would not recommend anyone to use them.

      My family was treated very poorly by the staff. I then looked up the phone number online and saw that his experience was shared by at least 5-10 other people. I decided to call the store to get a better understanding of what happened and the manager was extremely rude and aggressive about it. We will definitely be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.

      the return process is entirely unclear and you cannot tell how much time you have to return a rental or how much you would be charged for failing to return a rental. I have heard numbers from $100-$600 regarding fines and have been told i have both a week and a month since my graduation to return the gown. my friend misplaced her shipping label and was told she couldn’t be sent a new one because the customer service rep was “busy that day.” i would just order a gown on amazon or something rather than deal with these grubs

      My customer rep in Pensacola Florida told me today that he was bending over backwards to deliver my son’s ring to his school. After several attempts to get in touch with my rep, his answering machine DORS NOT take messages. I called the 1866 # That his answering machine spits out. The representative emailed my reps office & they still don’t get that. I finally get through and I’m told by my representative that he does not have time for this phone, call I am wasting his time, he has other things to do like bending over backwards to try to get my son his ring. They are going to be at my sons school today. I have been trying to arrange this for two days. It’s time to order cap and gown for high school graduation, I did order it online. The problem is the company states that when they are at the schools to except cap and gown order forms they will also give the students their senior swag, hoodies sweats keychains etc. that they also ordered. Nowhere does it say if you order online you’re not going to get your items that day, you have to wait 7 to 10 days for it to be mailed to you. I was told it was my son‘s fault that I didn’t know that. That’s unacceptable I’m the one that is paying hundreds of dollars between class ring cap and gown and senior swag I should be the one told all details. My customer representative has no place in customer service after all of the insults he threw at me this morning when I’m the one calling him back about my fully paid ring. Don’t do business with this company they don’t deserve it.
