      Order placed with EZVacuum.com on January 9, 2024, order #*********.Payment transaction of $32.09 was made and withdrawn from my checking account. Confirmation email from [email protected] received January 9.There has been no further emails from this company with shipping information. Reply emails from me to [email protected] are not returned. Phone calls to ************ are not answered; the line rings until hangs up. No message for voicemail box. Contact form on the EZvacuum web portal is not answered. With no communication, I am not happy with this business and do not trust that I will get my part, so I want my money returned.

      Ordered a replacement vacuum on 12/7. Received on 14th. Wrong hose shipped. Started process of contacting for return shipping label as they shipped the wrong item. Got email that they acknowledged and asked for picture; sent. Cannot get in contact with them. They wont or dont answer the cust svs phone and direct to email on web site. Continuous email with no results. Appears they do not have adequate staffing to handle customer issues. There is no customer service there. Beware of buying from them. Looks like my only option is to refuse the credit card charge; last straw method. Sad.

      Thanks for bringing it to our notice.

      We did respond to this customer everytime we got an email from him. 

      We first acknowleged our fault and sent him a return label. The *** return label was ****************** and it came back to us. Simultaneously, we sent out the correct vacuum hose and it was delivered on 12/27 as per the tracking number ******************

      There was a delivery delay due to intervening holidays but we did take care of this issue.

      This was purely a human error in picking up the item.

      The issue has been resolved and should be striken off from our record and ratings

      On or about October 26, 2023, I ordered two of the **** *** ***** carpet shampoo with stain guard for my carpet cleaner. The order details are below. I have a picture of my order, what was advertised, and what I received, if needed. I was not sent what was advertised. I was sent a completely different product. I have not opened the product. I reached out to the company on or about November 1, 2023, and multiple times thereafter, pointing out that I was sent the wrong product and providing to the company, the requested information. After multiple emails, with attachments, and proving that the company did not provide what I ordered, I have heard nothing. In one email, the company claims I have ordered the wrong thing, which I did not, and had the proof to back it up -- and I sent the proof. This is very frustrating, and upon reading company reviews, this evidently happens to a lot of people. I would like what I ordered and what was advertised. I specifically ordered from this company because of what was advertised. I feel as if they bait and switched the products based on the email correspondences provided to me from the company. I tried calling customer service, however, they do not pick up their phones, and it rings non-stop. As a side note, I reached out to the company on or about November 1, and the first response received was November 8, claiming the email went to the person's spam account. I had reached out again after that, and received the same response -- that it had went to the person's spam account. This company appears to be disingenuous and sells fraudulent products.

      Hi

      We did inform the customer that the manufacturer ****** has changed the packaging style and it now comes in the new color of label on it. it is often a practice when the retail product is differently packaged than what the item came with the carpet cleaning kit. The item sent had the same part number as the one ordered. It was the same chemical composition like that of the old one which customer had. I feel the customer's complaint is just based on the visual aspect and the packaging style than the real use of the carpet cleaning shampoo.

      The company stated the packaging has changed. This is absolutely false, and is not the same chemical composition. The Company, as it appears from other complaints, often does the bait and switch, which it has done here. That's unfair, poor business practice, and I should be entitled to a refund. Provided further, this is evidenced by their own communication (attached), that they sent a different product than what was ordered, showing the product is not one in the same.

      I purchased a replacement hose for my ***** upright vacuum from this company specifically because they stated on website that it was an authentic ***** product. Within a few months, the hose has torn out from its casing, rendering it useless. I followed the company instructions and sent an email describing the defect and attached a photo of the torn hose and a copy of my order invoice. They responded by telling me the screw the hose back in which doesn’t work as this hose does not screw in. It is clearly torn. I informed them of this and asked for a replacement or a refund. They have stopped responding to my emails and do not answer their phone.$35

      On June 8, 2023 I ordered a replacement vacuum cleaner motor from EZVacuum in Manasass, Va, USA. They shipped the product to me via USPS and when it arrive I could feel the product rolling around in the packaging. Upon inspection of the item, I found that it was damaged due to poor packaging, the single air bladder had ruptured and the vacuum motor was rolling around inside the box and had been damaged to the point that it was not functional. I contacted EZVacuum and they agreed to send a replacement motor to me. It arrived via Canada Post and was sent COD for duty and taxes. I could again feel the motor was moving freely inside the box. Upon opening the second shipment I found that the motor was again damaged to to poor packaging and was damaged and not functional. I contacted EZVacuum and asked them for a refund of my purchase. They indicated that I needed to send the defective vacuum motor to them at my expense. I sent the defective motor to EZVacuum on June 28, 2023 and have yet to receive a refund for the returned defective vacuum motor.

      I ordered a part for my vacuum cleaner, they sent me the wrong part. You can’t contact them via phone, you have to email them. They said mail it back at my expense, which I did. Didn’t hear back, contacted them they said they can’t find it. Send them the USPS receipt. Didn’t hear back. I emailed them telling them if I don’t hear back, I will report them to BBB. Got an email today that sorry they can’t find my return and there is not much that they can do. Do not order from this company, they are scammers!

      Product description on EZvacuum website listed brand name Ridgid vacuum bags, with photos of Ridgid vacuum bags clearly shown. EZvacuum sent an inferior, knock-off called "***** ****** bags. I believe this company makes a practice of false advertizing and sending inferior products. They offer free shipping, but their refund policy is that they will deduct their cost of shipping from the amount refunded. They also require that I pay to have these inferior bags, which I did not order, shipped back to them. This practice will result in little, if any, refund for a product that I would not have ordered in the first place.

      I ordered 2 type of filters for my vacuum. The website showed the actual ****** filters and part numbers. They sent me bulk filter material and said I had to cut them to size as a substitute. The filter material is much denser then the originals so I don't want to use it. I emailed them and they said I could return them but I had to pay for shipping. They also said I would have to pay an additional 11 dollars for the free shipping they originally gave me when I ordered the filters. So they want me to be out $22 for items that I didn't order. What a scam. They don't answer the phone and the email they sent me said that is all they could do. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I will not do business with them again.
