      This place is awful!! I ordered a filter that their website said was the correct filter for my vacuum. It doesn't fit, and after researching info from the manufacturer's website, I found a different part number. When I contacted EZ Vacuum, (which you can only do by e-mail; they don't answer phones) they demanded pictures of the filter and my vacuum, took 2 weeks to answer back (said they didn't get the pictures), and then told me to "make it fit." It will never fit. Now, if I want a refund, I have to send this back on my dime, even though they sold me a part that they had no business advertising as the correct fit for my vacuum.

      if I could pick zero, I would.Does not take phone calls on the 4 phone numbers we have.Sends generic replies by email only and does not address problem of not receiving products.Etc., etc.

      Ordered vac filters by pictures and numbers and received CUT to FIT filters. They will not pay the return postage. I believe this is a type of a scam. They are not truthful in there adds.       Bunch of crooks. Send items that don't even fit the vacumm. U pay over 50 bucks shipping and takes almost a month to receive it. There stuff is made cheaply. When u want to return something you pay for shipping again. **** frustrated with ez vacumm.

      Ordered Bissell Upright Clearview Handle Release Pedal, part # ****** on March 20,2024. I paid via **** cc. They charged my card for $8.47. Website (EZvacuum.com) shows Processing. I called customer service 2 times. They have not responded to my emails. Their message is that they would reply within 24 hours. I have not received a reply via email from them after 2 emails to them. They do not have option to talk to customer service. This is now April 23, 2024 and the status still show Processing. . ***** get pre-recorded message that tells me to send email. Message says there is a high call volume I doubt that is an accurate statement since there is no way to talk to an agent. It tells you to go to website and send an email.Your help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

      I've placed two orders on November 17th 2023 for cirrus vacuum cleaner flexible hoses and vacuum cleaner bags. It's stated that delivery is between 3 and 10 days. I'd made repeated inquires about tracking numbers and the courtesy of a reply to these requests to no avail. The phone number listed for this business is a constant busy signal. I find that this business has filed to charges to my Discover card account and it seems they've received payment. A dispute is in process.

      Definitely a scam/fraud business. They should be shut down. I ordered a replacement part for a shark vacuum cleaner over a month ago. They took my money and didn't send the part. I'm extremely frustrated as this is so unethical and bad business. I urge anyone not to do business with this fraudulent scam business.

      It would seem this is a BOGUS company. Unfortunately I did not read the long list of complaints against them before I place my order. I have tried to contact ezvacuum both by email, and by phone. with NO response to my multiples emails, and NO answer to a ringing phone That I let ring for over an hour. However they charged my credit card within 10 minutes of my order placement

      This company advertizes brand name products falsely and provides inferior products instead and their customer service is terrible.
      They show brand name replacement parts on the site and order page and send you cheap knockoffs. They do not answer their phone. They deny your requests/protests for remedies by email and basically give the message "too bad that's all we got, that's all you're getting".
