      I ordered a replacement motor for my Compact *** vacuum. I carefully selected the correct motor with the correct installation gasket to fit my machine. I ordered the motor listed at $149.99 on their website and paid for it. When I received the product, it was not the correct motor. It did not match the pictures of the product, did not match the part number and came with an installation gasket that was incompatible with my machine. I contacted their customer service and the email response told me it was the correct motor even though it clearly was not. I checked their website and found the motor they sent me which was listed for $129.99 and is obviously a different motor from the one I ordered. I have exchanged several emails and pictures explaining the issue with customer service and they insist they sent me the correct motor and if "you can't make it work you should return it for a refund." I requested a return shipping label so I could return and so far they have failed to respond.

      Vacuum cleaner wood floor attachment was purchased on 10/07/22 for $48.49. The part was received approximately 10 days later and I found that it does not fit on my ***** vacuum cleaner even though their website claimed that it would fit. I tried to contact the seller 7X by phone message and emails. They have not returned any calls or emails. I tried to get a return label from the company but they would not respond to that request. I took the package to *** to return it but it would cost $12.00 without any guarantee that they would credit me for the returned part. I have contacted my bank to intercede on my behalf. I told EZvacuum in one of the emails that I would contact you to file a claim against them. I just want to get my refund and return their part. I also want to caution other people against using this company.

      On June 11,2022 I placed an order for a new telescoping vacuum cleaner wand from EZvacuum via email. Order #********* They charged my account $142.49 for the product. On June 14,2022 I got an email from them saying the part had been backordered and wanted to know if I was willing to wait or cancel. My response was to wait. I asked how long it would be and they said it would be three to four weeks and they would keep me updated. After numerous attempts to contact them at this point I have heard nothing and no product delivery.

      The order of the ***** wand was canceled and refunded on July 28th, 2022 when this special order was not received from the ***** company.

      We did inform the customer all along right after placing the order that the item was on backorder and will be sent once received from *****. We also gave an option to the customer to cancel and issue the refund right after the order placement. 

      Please ask the customer to check the payment refund in their ****** account which they used to oay for for the order.

      I own a Hover cordless stick vacuum and I needed to replace the beater brush on said vacuum. I found EZvacuum on line and searched via the model and part number for my vacuum. I found the part I needed on their site and placed the order, which was paid for through ******.When I received the order it turned out the beater brush did not fit my vacuum. It looked the same but was one inch longer and did not fit.I contacted EZvacuum letting them know that they sent part that did not fit.What follows are the emails that transpired in my attempt to rectify the situation.See supporting documents,
