      Customer beware! I ordered a vacuum filter, and they shipped a different one. No phone support! After 10 emails, 35 days, and an emailed photos showing the wrong part was shipped, they will not resend the correct part or issue a credit to my credit card.

      A horrible experience with EZ Vacuum.
      I placed an order for two Hoover filters. The order was not processed for a week, and was only processed after I inquired about the order status.
      One filter was correct, the other was the wrong filter/part number and did not fit. I began my journey with customer support and quickly found that no one answers the phone. It goes straight to voicemail and tells you to email their customer service department. Emails to the customer support address eventually get answered, but there is no way to talk to a human. Big red flag.
      Their customer support repeatedly stated that I received the correct filter, which I did not. The one I ordered/displayed on my invoice/listed as appropriate for my model and the one I received have completely different part numbers and form factor. They are unwilling to send me the filter I ordered. Big red flag.
      I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your vacuum needs. These folks are very unprofessional.

      I purchased an attachment that one of EZ's "technicians" told me would fit my shop vac. It didn't, so I sent the item back. They did refund the purchase price, but I had to pay to ship it back! All I can say is buyer beware..
