      The place was nasty . Not kid friendly. The staff is lazy and rude . There was no towels in my room . Then they charged my card 80$ to clean the room they pose to clean anyway after I wax not even there due to the pool being closed so there was nothing for the kids to do . Then they threatened to put us out for noise. Then lied saying I burned a pan because they was mad they had to clean it but the pan don’t over heat so impossible to burn . The place actually stink it was black hair in the shower mine is blond.

      Late Check In Denied. Left Hanging by Hilton. This was a $600 prepaid and booked 4 night stay at the Hilton Atlanta hotel. The room was booked and paid for 160 days prior to our travel date. We are flying across the county from Washington to Atlanta GA, a place we have never been to. Our flight arrival time was changed to a late arrival (6 days prior to our travel date) and now landing at 11:00 pm. Called Hilton Atlanta to update. The hotel manager would not accept the late check in at midnight, even though I had already paid the total bill. Can't believe it. If I had not called about the flight change, we would of been dropped off in downtown Atlanta, at midnight, without a place to stay. It is now 5 days prior to our travel and I have to find a place to stay, Looks like all the hotel rates have increased approximately 30%. I called Marriott and explained the situation and they have no issue with late check in's, They also gave us a room discount. Will never stay at a Hilton.

      When I made my reservation, I was assured 3xs that I would not be charged until the date of my stay. I was then charged for the reservation in advanced (over $900!) and Hilton made no attempt to remedy the problem. I was told I would be charged an additional $50 extra to be refunded and they would rebook me at a higher rate than what was initially offered. After a phone call that lasted over an hour, they said they would cover the $50 for the refund but could not offer me any other type of compensation for the inconvenience caused and could not offer me the rate that we had previously approved. The representative had also hung up on me while we tried to come to a resolution. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. If you plan to stay here, be sure to expect no customer service for any issues caused on their end. If they had simply offered to give us complimentary breakfast I would have been much happier with the service but they made no attempt to fix what had gone wrong. They do not value their customers and would rather not take your money than fix an issue that they caused. Very disappointed.

      If I could give a 0 star, I would. Hilton Garden Inn does not care about its customers. They cancelled not one, but two reservations I had made one month in advance for a family reunion. They left my sister and I high and dry close to midnight after traveling all day to get to Shreveport, LA. And the clerk at the check-in desk had the nerve to say he would not charge me for the cancellation! My sister and I had to scramble to find another place to stay, and hotels were practically full that week due to various events in town. All the staff I dealt with regarding this issue (including the regional general manager) exhibited an attitude of "not my problem." In addition, once we finally did get into a room, the room itself was dirty (carpet filth & wall stains); there was hair on the bathroom floor; the coffee machine didn't work; and the curtains were ripped from top to bottom. This company needs an overhaul to become customer focused. They need to fire all the staff they have and start anew (at least at Financial Plaza in Shreveport LA). There's lots more that was substandard, but I think I've said enough for readers to get the point.

      Hampton Inn &Suites *** * ********* **** ********** ** *****
      This hotel is an EMBARRASSMENT to the Hilton name and should be shut down. Despite having reservations for 3 suites , 5 months in advance, they were unable to accommodate us. The one room they tried to give us was 85+ degrees & outfitted with a box fan. The room wasn’t properly cleaned as there were pizza crusts left on the windowsill. We were told the cleaning staff walked out earlier that day. I guess that would also explain the lack of toilet paper & paper towels in the lobby bathroom….for 12 hours. Since we were unable to stay here or in an “alternate hotel down the street “, we had to drive 2 1/2 hours home (at 2 AM!).
      While I can be sympathetic to air conditioning breaking down & lack of staff, we were definitely duped! We read hotel reviews the next day and these problems have been going on for MONTHS! If the hotel staff knew these problems would not be resolved for us to stay the night, they should have made arrangements for the alternate hotel upon our early arrival of 12:00 noon.
      Contacting Hilton Customer Service by phone is another joke. After informing them of this subpar hotel, they created a Case#. But before giving me the number, the representative put me on hold to contact the hotel. After 20 minutes, I was then disconnected. But despite the fact that they have all my contact information, I have not heard from Hilton.
      No phone call, no follow up email.
      Maybe after this review I will hear back from them.

      I checked in with four people I got paper or upon checking that I was supposed to get two times $15 a day credit for being a diamond member because I made a mistake on a reservation and put I only thought it was one room I can’t see it on my when I very good and I did it online I guess I made a mistake I’m not allowed to make a mistake but the front gate medicine mistake to when they sing all four of us standing in front of them and they didn’t fix my reservation to before also they had to change the room because the AC was broken and nobody cleans the fans or the shades on the lamps they’re all full of dust and the room smelled mold from people coming in wet . So they told me because I didn’t correct my bill before I left that they can’t credit me the other $30 on my account when I don’t get a bill until they email me after discharge is that robbery or watt because they don’t make mistakes at Hilton ‘s at all just the people do but they can’t correct it but I’m a diamond member so when I travel from my job I will find another hotel stay out except the Hilton 30 dollars really ..

      Don’t EVER COME HERE SMH WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE SMH AND I’VE HAD CHEAPER ROOMS BUT WHEN I TELL YOU I’VE NEVER HAD A ROOM WITH KNATS, ANTS AND FECES COMING UP FROM THE THE SINK! ITS SICK!!! SMH I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY CHARED ALMOST $200 a night and the manager has a terrible attitude. I said hi are you the manager she says idk maybe maybe not why????? She couldn’t say I apologize for what happen She couldn’t even give me bleach to clean feces out the sink. She kicked me out the hotel called the cops then told the cops I could stay as long as I didn’t come back to the front desk. ?????? NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SO? POORLY I HEARD THE RACIST RUMORS ABOUT KENTUCKY BUT I DIDN’T FEEL IT UNTIL I GOT TO THIS HOTEL. I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET HOW SHE TREATED ME! I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE FECES, ANTS, broken appliances and her unprofessional behavior towards guest! The whole hotel is on its way to bankruptcy!

      It’ll probably be ideal for me to contact OSHA as well to inform them of the unsanitary and disgusting room I stayed in. Multiple issues in one night including but not limited to hair in my over a hour wait omelette, rotating broken shower handle, 3 broken appliances, infestation of knats and ants and then after making a report the sink started to back up with feces. I was treated very poorly and refused an apology by the midnight supervisor who was very nasty! I called Corporate they told me I would be get a call back in 3days. That was July 22nd today is August 1st! I’ve gotten no call back just a slap to the face email that says they gave me 20,000 pts which is not even equivalent to a nights stay! Because of the unsanitary conditions & unprofessional behavior of staff we left the motel and slept in our car then had to pay for a two night stay with quality inn who was very sympathetic & compassionate towards us!

      They double charged me for my entire stay. Still have not made it better they've just been transferring me from person to person and ultimately hanging up on me. During my stay there all the silverware that they had was rusted and I probably got a disease from it. All of the closets were completely dusty I put my clothes inside pulled them out to wear them and they were covered in dust. The elevators did not work at all during my stay there there was one elevator for the entire building. They charged $45 for valet never set it anywhere on the website before we booked it and took about 15 minutes to get our cars out and we had to wait for them to do it we weren't able to do it ourselves so I ultimately wind up being late to a very important meeting because they had no sense of urgency. When I confronted the hotel people about the dust in my room they told me that I was able to purchase some laundry detergent from them and do laundry there. In my opinion that shit should have been given to me for free due to very lack of cleaning.

      I was emotionally abused by the general manager and belittle by the security guard.
      I was proceeding to park at the hotel parking lot when I'm approached by a huge truck honking the horn several times telling me to get the fuck out of the hotel parking lot or he will call 911. I run to the lobby. The manager doesn't know who's at the parking a lot so he tells the security guard to go check. The security guard literally makes fun at me, he pretends he go check but he doesn't. He sits on an outside bench on a personal call as he makes eye contact with me, knowing I'm waiting for him to go check on whoever is at the parking lot, but apparently decided not to do anything about it, although the told me "wait, first I need go get my jacket" Wait, you go first" Wait, there's something else I need to check on first". I realized he was totally pulling my leg ! The morning after I'm taking to the manger as we are sited at the conference room, the general manager proceeds to enter the room, apparently of pissed off. Not only he didn't introduce himself , he was extremely rude.I tried to talk, he shut me off, insulted me and left I cried feeling powerless and abused. The manager was in total disbelief, she later apologized in his name. She also wrote me a beautiful apology note and got me flowers. She showed compassion, leadership and stood up for the brand. The general manager on the other hand, tried to squashed me like a cockroach with his condescending chauvinist and racist behavior as i have a heavy accent and its difficult to find the right words to communicate in English. Same with whoever was on the truck at the parking lot who told me to get the fuck out of the place and the security guard that pretended to go check several times on whoever threaten me but he didn't. This is not about any money, this is about respect and feeling protected by the establishment I entrusts it with my stay.
