    Spent months trying to log on to *** and couldnt get in because of a phone number change. ID.me, *** allowed me to prove my number and I was able to log into immediately

    Difficult and time consuming to access ( (about one hour to complete)Not user friendly for elderly people who are not tech savvy Would not upload photos.. kept saying wait then try again never completed Received 7 text messages during process that were concerning Asked tracking number for saving account only have that for checking do had to switch where cant any deposits to checking when submit income tax, they just afk bank and account number I have no idea about savings tracking number but kept getting warning I needed to complete thst number Hope to only have to use this site very minimally on a as needed basis Would be micebifvyhereceas an actual human you could talk to if help needed The help. Section did not help did not understand what to do Other seniors I spoke with feel the same way but not wasting time filling out a survey thst will mean nothing or change anything Sites developed by savvy young people not seniors sad and pathetic

    Wasted 45 minutes jumping through all the hoops, only to have the process ultimately fail. Should have just mailed in my payment to begin with and saved 42 minutes and a boatload of extreme aggravation!!!!

    I used id.me to retrieve information needed to file my tax return. It was user friendly and I was able to access the information that u needed. The one star off is because Im not able to completely trust that my info is really secure. But the site was great.

    Absolutely infuriating and ridiculous that I am required to give my personal information pictures and other invasive stuff to this company in order to use a government website. How can we know they are trustworthy. I am furious

    This site's customer service is no helpful. I have been in the process of trying to reset my MFA for months since getting a new phone with no help from live agents via the chat feature or through the ticket submission process. I cannot access vital government sites without access to ID.me. I have still not received a resolution to this issue.
