      Navy federal employs a bunch of crooks. They would not take payment for vehicle because my mother passed away but repossessed the car and sent it to an auction where it was damaged and told me it's not their problem contact the auction that they contracted.

      These people told me I have to wait 7 dam days just for a check to clear. I'd it would of been workers in the bank they wouldn't have to wait. They talk nice but they don't give a dam

      I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent experience by Navy Federal Credit Union staff, which I believe involved retaliation, bias, bullying, and unprofessional conduct. After reporting poor service and rude behavior from Navy Federal Credit Union employees, I received an unsolicited call from ***** in Navy Federal Security, who threatened to ban me from the bank and told me I needed to be professional. This call was made without my consent and felt more like an attempt to silence me than to resolve concerns I experienced with poor service. It was offensive, retaliatory, and completely inappropriate. ******, a supervisor from the Account ******************** department, also blamed me for the situation without understanding the facts or the mental distress I experienced due to repeated mistreatment from the **** staff. She was combative and accused me of a supposed history of being unprofessional and ignored the unacceptable conduct of staff who were clearly rude and dismissive. It is unacceptable to be targeted, judged, and made to feel like the problem for speaking up about my experience. While staff are allowed to behave unprofessionally, bully customers, make offensive comments, and provide poor service without being held accountable. Retaliating and harassing a customer is unacceptable!

      I canceled a check I wrote to a builder over a month ago for a deposit on a house. The check was for $9,000 dollars the house ended up not being able to fit on the lot and the contract was voided. A month later the builder was able to cash the check. I called the following morning and Navy Federal is refusing to take responsible for supplying the funds even though I followed all the proper procedures and was never read a disclosure about voiding a check not being 100% effective. I even have a letter from Navy Federal validating that the check was canceled and that the only way it was not guaranteed is if the check number, the amount, or the payee name was incorrect which none were. Navy Federal is refusing to take responsibility for paying the check even though by law they are responsible. They will not even refund the 20 dollars I paid to cancel the check in the first place. I am now down $9,020 dollars due to Navy Federals negligence and need to get my money back.

      Navy Federal is really bad in handling fraudulent claims they have you submit certain documentation and after you do so the still denies your claim Ive called in sent messages through the app they just you automated response as that doesnt help you with your issues then they want you to list everything 1 through 8 and explain so much just to deny your claim anyways I thought navy federal was for services members spouses and dependent I just want people to know after dealing with navy federal for almost three years I thought my money would be protected and the would do a better job with handling customers with concern and care and doing a thorough job when trying to handle customer concerns and problem but they dont Ive been getting the run around for about 2 months

      NAVY FEDREAL IS THE. PHONE SERVCE ON THE PLANET....THEY DO NOT CARE AFTER YEARS OF THIS . I HAVE TO SCREAM INTO THE PHONE STILL DO NOT GET THE RIGHT **** THEN I HAVE TO WAIT THEN I GET THE WRONG **** THEY NEVER GET YOU OVER TO THE RIGHT **** WHEN I ASK FOR IT THEN THEY WANT TO VERIY YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY CAN'T. HELP YOU THEN YOU GET TO ANTOHER **** THEY WANT TO VIEY YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON PHONE THEY ARE NOT TRAINED TOO YOUNG AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A S*** ! STILL HAVE NOT FOUND OUT ABOUT MY BALNCE TRANSFER CALLING A LAWYER

      As a honorably discharged disabled ************ veteran I would like to say that Navy Federal Credit Union is a joke and a very unprofessional credit union. They intentionally mishandle your bank accounts to s**** with customers. Then they prolong trying to resolve issues. I am definitely closing my accounts and if I could I would file a lawsuit against them for pain and suffering.

      I having a problem with this company, Navy Federal credit union refund advantage that owned by ******** this is the name of the company that *** me my money so Im gonna get the police involved. My attorney involved the news media involved and I wanna make sure no one will do business with you guys again because Im been calling you guys over and over and you guys are playing games so Im gonna play games with you guys now is my time to play games I need my money OK so Im giving you time to reply to these reviews and Im gonna go hard online hollow to get my money you two individual are companies out there well be knowing over there and playing games like that OK

      As a person of color I would not recommend navy federal for banking I had loss access to my online banking account with no explanation with all of my money in that bank account i was told it was supposed to be a 2 day process it turnt out being over 2 weeks with me not being able to access my funds Ive worked for and as Im writing this I still dont have access to my account and sitting on the phone waiting on a supervisor as I type I was told I needed the written request Ive submitted this written request over 10 times they would confirm they have it then I would call back the next day and then say that they havent received it and I know some people would say why not just go in to the bank physically?? Well I dont have a branch in my state unfortunately its gotten to the point where there was no more excuses they could give me well they did I was then told your signature does not look the same. By now if your still reading this you can tell how frustrated I am as a black man in ******* there always rude employees and supervisors like they have at navy federal thats against us.

      The Pensacola Branch of Navy Federal hires violent offender's. I would like to know how ***** ***** who has Felony Battery charges can approve a mortgage. Please do better!
