      Navy Federal continues to practice deceitful tactics with their members. They have continually charged me returned checked fees no matter how well I try to avoid them. Recently they charged me a fee when there was enough money to cover the transaction. It’s unstoppable. I switched over to capital one and have been having the best banking experience, I am medically retired and my husband is active duty which is why I still have an account.

      So I went to a car shop who charged me $800 to repair a pump in the transimission.
      After I pay and drive off… within minutes my car goes up into smoke and shuts off. I had to get the car towed from the middle of the street back to my home. I called to dispute the payment because it’s obvious they made things worse. I drove the car there with no problem. I took the car to another shop to have them look and they said it was the exact thing I paid to be fixed!! After doing exactly what was asked by the bank they refused to give me back my money from the merchant even after I had valid proof that I had to go else where to get the repairs REDONE. They denied the claim 4x!!! So in all I paid $$1900 for a $800 fix!!
      It’s a recession going in and this credit union is playing around with large amounts of people money and it’s completely unacceptable!! This has been going on since February… it is now July!!

      NFCU IS RACIST against low balance account holders mostly comprised of black and brown persons. Instead of answering my complaints they blocked me from all contact with them then started stealing my money leaving me with no way to handle this. They blocked my phone number, blocked me from their fb page moved me to a different "batch" as punishment to make my direct deposits late. DO NOT USE RACIST NFCU
