      This company is the worst company ever. They have zero tracking of customers packages. You call them to find out where your package is and they say its at a terminal that is always conveniently closed. Then when it says it will be delivered on a certain date and time it miraculously changes that date and time when the date comes up. Ive called them several times to ask them about my package and they always just tell me its at the terminal no location. The latest news I got was its out for delivery an hour away and still never showed up to my house. Mind you the package was originally supposed to be here on the 6th of December 2022 here it is 10:08PM MST on the 12th of December 2022 still no package. I highly recommend no one ever use this company they dont have any way of telling you where the package actually is they say. This is 2022 every other package delivery company has complete up to date real time tracking of their packages but this one and they cant call the driver. Also I asked for their text updates and got none they truly are the worst company ever. Customer support is the worst as well

      Delivery was on time, they gave me a window for delivery, and my package was definitely delivered within that window and date. The package contained mirrored glass, and glass shells, nothing was broken or chipped. Good job.
