This was the first time I had used Safe Mile for my transporting needs. I must say I was very impressed by their service. They were due transport my vehicles on a Thursday and I received a phone call the day prior too and they picked them up on the night before. The very next day my vehicles were delivered. I would definitely use their service again.

Terrible experience. Was told they could ship my car for **** no problem. I chose them after getting screwed around by a different broker. Next call is now its **** to pick up the next day, or the agreed upon **** the next day. I told them to go with the agreed upon rate. Then that driver magically couldnt/wouldnt and its going to *** for any driver along with a sob story. John was decient to talk to, the other guys where very rude ("this is the cost and if you dont like find someone else, where just a broker"). Multiple times during the extra week they attempted to charge ***** verbally for what they already over changed to ****. This continued up to and including pick up.
Long story short, spent over a week dealing with these clowns and their constant stories before paying *** to get my car substantially later then told.
Would absolutely avoid in the future. Paid *** dollars (which is another lie, John said they only make *** dollars on the deal, but I paid the driver ****) to basically get screwed around for a week and a half.Safemile Auto Transport

We dispatched a carrier to your location as agreed upon initially, but unfortunately, the carrier encountered an issue with their trailer, which led to delays in the pickup process. As per our agreement for a pickup within 3-4 days upon booking, we wanted to wait for another driver to ensure a smooth transport process. However, we understand your urgency, and when you expressed the need for a driver urgently, we made efforts to find a driver who could pick up the same day, albeit at a slightly higher rate. We offered this option to you, but we understand and respect your decision not to proceed with the higher rate.
Subsequently, we sent another carrier with the agreed-upon rate two days later to fulfill our commitment to you. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused during this process.
Your feedback regarding the communication and handling of the situation is valuable to us, and we will address this internally to ensure better customer service in the future.

5 starsI loved the service I got from this company. They told me they will pick up the car on Monday. The driver picked it on Thursday and the car arrived on the following Thursday with no issues.
