My experience with SafeMile Auto Transport was nothing short of spectacular! Great service and communication between staff and myself. The driver they chose was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with my car traveling 3000 miles from point A to point B. They got my car to it’s destination, across country, in a week’s time in perfect condition! Would use SafeMile Auto Transport every time!

I called the day before you were supposed to come pick up my car to see if everything was still a go and what time I would be hearing from the driver. You told me that you couldn’t find a driver for the price you quoted because I live in such a remote area. When I asked you for the quote you had my remote address and you gave me a quote for $***** I signed your form agreeing. Then on the phone the day before you were supposed to pick up you now want ***** to make it happen. I guess your quote doesn’t mean what you say. When I talked to the driver things started to go smoothly. I was happy with the driver.Safemile Auto Transport

We regret that it was not made clear upon quoting that pricing can vary greatly depending on the remote area in which customers reside, as well as any additional tasks or requests. In hindsight, we should have communicated this better earlier on and acknowledge that a more accurate quote could have been given prior to booking the service.We’re glad that you could work it out with the driver and you were pleased with their service. Excellent communication, excellent service and they picked my car up in Kansas City on a Saturday. I literally had my car on Sunday at 9:30 PM delivered to Mission Viejo, CA.
