    I was cutting my lawn when my Life Protect Belle X series medical alert device fell off my jeans pocket and I ran it over with my lawn mower!! I called Life Alert and talked with William and told him what I did. He told me my device would be in the mail in 3-5 business days! From now on I'll wear my device around my neck when cutting my lawn!! Thanks Life Alert!!

    Called to cancel due to medical bills piling up.After ten minutes of the associated trying to get me to change my mind, he finally cancelled, Please be aware, they scam $** dollars from you for cancelling.

    I called with the intention of ending my subscription. A number of services in my budget have significantly increased in cost; therefore, I was looking for ways to cut my monthly expenses. As I spoke with Tracy, she told me some real stories of people living alone who had accidents; their devices were literally life-savers. I live alone, and one of my greatest fears is to fall and not have my cell phone with me to contact help. I also learned that the medical alert devices are waterproof (to a limited extent), and I wear it while in the shower. I learned a number of "truths" from Tracy that showed me that the medical alert devices could save my life both inside and and outside in my yard. Thank you, Tracy, for your support, honesty, and information when I called you this afternoon.

    I would give Theo, the customer service rep, a 6 star rating because he had to talk me down from being VERY upset that I heard NOTHING from Life Protect after taking advantage of a special offer thru my insurance company. I spent several days waiting for the automatic email to confirm my purchase and the processing procedure...I was sure I had been scammed!!! SO President and Board of this company HOW IS THAT automatic confirmation email NOT part of your procedure??? What does it take to set that UP!!!!?????? Theo had all the best attributes of a customer service rep: friendly reassuring voice and patient manner as he explained the process that SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT in an immediate email!!! My overall experience rating should have been lower but I didn't want Theo's performance rating to suffer.

    Life Protect has excellent customer service. Today, Will helped me resolve an issue with getting new equipment, and he was very helpful and informative, very polite, and knew what he was doing.I highly recommend this company.
