    Tracy helped me to realize why I got my Life Protect to begin with. I had called to cancel my service. She was telling me serious situations that are possibly very dangerous for elderly people. Thank you, Tracy

    Brianna was very knowledgable and helpful. I called to cancel because my husband passed away and felt it was too costly. Brianna expressed compassion and helped me find an alternate way to keep my device (and peace of mind) that fit my new budget. She is an asset to your company and will do much for your PR and build up of customer base.

    I am new to wearing a Belle X Series device. Mary is obviously knowledgeable about the product. She was courteous, friendly, and patient with me. She answered my questions in clear terms and reassured me about having the device on at airports and on the planes during my trips to Texas from Idaho and back home. Our conversation put me at ease and really helped me not to worry about anything related to the device. She also has a great sense of humor.
