    I would give Theo, the customer service rep, a 6 star rating because he had to talk me down from being VERY upset that I heard NOTHING from Life Protect after taking advantage of a special offer thru my insurance company. I spent several days waiting for the automatic email to confirm my purchase and the processing procedure...I was sure I had been scammed!!! SO President and Board of this company HOW IS THAT automatic confirmation email NOT part of your procedure??? What does it take to set that UP!!!!?????? Theo had all the best attributes of a customer service rep: friendly reassuring voice and patient manner as he explained the process that SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT in an immediate email!!! My overall experience rating should have been lower but I didn't want Theo's performance rating to suffer.

    Life Protect has excellent customer service. Today, Will helped me resolve an issue with getting new equipment, and he was very helpful and informative, very polite, and knew what he was doing.I highly recommend this company.

    Exceptional Service from Theodor!
    I had the pleasure of working with Theodor, and his dedication to customer service was truly outstanding. Despite being unfamiliar with my request, he went above and beyond by reaching out to his manager, ensuring he had the right information to assist me. Not only did he inquire about my issue, but he also took the time to fully understand my concern and find a tailored solution.
    His people skills, problem-solving abilities, and genuine willingness to help left a lasting impression. He exemplifies what true customer service should be—empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented. Theodor's approach is something that should be taught to others, as his professionalism and care set a high standard.

    I liked who I was talking to ,but the first guy I talked to didn't explain his self right and over draft in my account.I had called them back and was very upset.Thats when the young lady answered and helped me with my refund and apologized on her co worker behalf.They solved the problem and was nice about the situation.

    Theodore, was very helpful courteous, and answered all my questions professionally. I was speaking to another woman who I can’t remember her name, but somewhere along the line towards the end the line got disconnected. I called back and that’s when I spoke to Theodore just to make sure that all the questions I had were answered.

    So far I'm quite pleased with Life protect 24/7. I liked the ease with which the company set up the program to assist my elderly parent and the swift way they answer the phone when you call. I was extremely pleased with Theodore for the caring way he communicated with my parent and the help he offered concerning little tips to make her feel more valued.

    I called my medical insurance company and the call was somehow reverted to an aggressive salesperson for Life Alert 24. I ended up giving the woman my checking account information but with an inaccurate last 3 digits of my checking account number to end the aggressive salespitch and end the call. device. I never received the device but about a month later on 6/4/25, I was charged $.****** so somehow they got my bank account information. I called this company on 6/5/25 and requested that my account be cancelled and that I be refunded the $***** since the device and thus the service was not provided. I received a lot of pushback and offers of future discount if I kept the account. I was assured that the device would be arriving to me soon. This was on 6/5/25. I insisted that I wanted the account cancelled and a refund issued. The salesperson finally told me that the account would be cancelled and she abruptly hung up on me. I did not receive a credit so I called back again on 6/7/25 to inquire about this. I was told that it was noted in my account that it was to be cancelled and a refund issued but that it would take 2 to 3 days. Today is 6/10/25 and I have not received any refund from Life Alert 24.

    Wow... is this company partly run by *********? I called a number that was not related to this business and I must of misdialed or it was intentional as I was routed through to a woman called "Megan" who professed to be offering me a free device. No other option. She transferred me through to a guy who started on with the whole sales pitch that I needed it. Knowing this was a **** I lead him on a little with different bites that I knew he would want to pursue to get my details. I eventually told him I would consider it for my father in law who is a disabled veteran and asked him if he could call back at 12.30. He said yes he could but the number he would call from would be a private number not associated with the company! Seriously? What coconut tree ( As Kamala would say ) did I just fall out of? They wanted my checking number etc etc so they could hack my account. I called this company to let them know only to find Joseph ( A department manager ) seemed to be at a loss and said he would pass the details on. Now bare in mind I gave him no details. Not my number, the number the call was made to or anything else, not the people names I spoke to or anything else. Joseph informed me that's not how they do business but made no attempt to do anything about it. What sort of company is this? You are marketing to a group of people who are much more vulnerable than the other generations and clearly you are no interested in ********* using your company to line their pockets. Shame on you.
