    He was very courteous, and surprisingly helpful. He took care of the issue which was that I needed a charger for my device. If it doesn't arrive I will let you know.

    Life protect 24/7 has been charging my dad, who was elderly, for over 2 years for a service that he never used. I called after he passed away, when I was going through his accounts to cancel the service after I realized what it was. Their customer service department gave me an email address that my email was returned multiple times, she told me that he had no emergency contact on file, so who would they contact if he had an emergency. Also, he has never charged, tested or used the device because we found it in the original box never opened. I was told that once it’s activated they don’t check on the customer. As long as they have their money. They don’t care. I’m very disappointed in the company, their lack of customer service and lack of responsibility/follow up to their customers.
