    I spoke with Risa K*** today, she was polite, professional and patient. She made me feel she wanted to help me, I wasn't just another call. Risa was very knowledgeable in her work, she answered and explained all my questions. Life Protect has a great asset in this employee. I hope you have many more Risa in your company.

    Serena was a very efficient rep. she was very courteous and polite.. She was very knowledgeable about her work an helped me right away with my questions about why I had not received my order. She wasted no time at giving me the tracking number and telling me I should receive it on Saturday. You have a very good employee in Serena!
