    LaToya was excellent. I called into Customer Service to let her know that my first and last names were misspelled. She corrected them in a matter of minutes. I wish all customer services were as excellent as Life Protect. Thank you LaToya!

    I just love this company and their employees. They have been dependable for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the safety of my wife when I'm unable to be their in an emergency.

    Recently discovered that my Parents had been paying for this for 2 years. I called and asked about who they are etc. I asked my mother (78 yrs old) if she ever had that little push button thing...she said 'no', so I asked Life Protect to send out a new one. I got it, tested it -it failed due to not connecting to cell service.... where my parents live, 4 to 5 miles away is the closest cell service.....meaning it NEVER WORKED in the 2 years they've been paying. I tried calling customer service and they refused to talk to me. I told them they can talk to me or I will cancel payment....they refused to talk to me. SO I called my bank, stopped payment on their ACH pull, and I will be sending their stuff back.
