    I contacted LifeProtect about this service for my 86 year old mother-in-law. I spoke with the customer service respresentative about this product. I relayed that I was not sure if my mother in law would be willing to use the product but was assured that the product could be returned within a determined time period at no cost if we did not want to go forward with purchasing the device. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law refused. The item was never "activated" and set up. I was given a return mailing label and returned the device in its original packaging and box as it was mailed to me. During this time, i never received any documentation of the price I paid for the yearly payment. The price only ever appeared on my credit card statement. The price never came with the device or on any subsequent mailings. I recently reviewed my credit card statements to find the original price paid $****** and then on a subsequent statement I was refunded $******. I was not refunded the full amount as I was told I would be. I was never informed of an "activation" or restocking fee. I called and was given the usual run around a company gives when trying to avoid refunding money. I relayed that I would contact BBB. Not pleased at all. I don't appreciate "bait and switch" tactics. Further, when you go to their websites they do not provide any information on their return policy in writing. You are directed to call them. Not acceptable. They need to be fully transparent. Feels deceptive.

    We appreciate James!! He was wonderful, kind, patient, and super helpful. He made sure my father and I understood all that was talked about and he didn't mind repeating himself when one of us needed it
