    My sister in law has severe dementia and we found a charge for Life Protect for 29.95. I called and they say the sent a alert to her. I went to her apartment and it was still in the box, she had no idea what the thing was for, doesn't know how they got her bank information. Called and Cheryl said no problem, would send out a pre-paid return envelope. That was 2 weeks ago, I called Life Protect again and talked to Stacey who again said no problem would email me the return label. I waited 5 minutes for the return label but only received a customer experience survey. I called back and was told that it would take 24 hours to receive the return label by email. That is ridiculous, if they are going to truly email it, I should receive it in minutes. This company is a sham.

    I think there customer service sucks when I tried to cancel my membership! They are very nice when I signed up for there services then when I waited and waited for there product and decided that I no longer cared to use the product and cancelled and asked for a refund the customer service lady was very rude and abrupt and said that I don't qualify for a refund of the *** I spent for the service and stated that I could get a *** rebate instead and abruptly tried to hang up on me with an attitude! I was just exhausted of dealing with the company and no more wanted the services, I would like to be refunded my *** refund not a rebate for *** I feel that it is only fair to receive my money back and don't understand there refund policy I'm very dissapointed, sincerely Robyn ******

    Telemarketing phone call to a business and privately listed number on the federal do not call list. Called customer service to have number removed and they hung up! Very unprofessional! They say they record phone call but when I record they decline! Shady!
