      Green dot debit card is a scam i purchased a debit card and got scammed and when it was time to refund my money green dot keeps giving me the run around telling me my check will be in the mail and it never comes this is ****** ****** from ***** ********

      I have a $100 secured **** card thew them. I used the $100. And 23 days before my payment they added a $2 and 3 chargeand fees Wich made me overdraft $5 and that made my credit go down -88 points. In Wich I have worked so hard to gain the past two years. A $5 overdraft and my TransUnion Equifax and my fico score all dropped 88 points. I'm not happy at all when I explained to them I would have paid them right then and there if I knew before checking my credit. It's not worth it. All my progress lost, just like that over a silly $5.. be careful with this card. I regret getting it and working with them as now I have to start all over again on my credit because of them.

      I have, used their services with great satisfaction.Customer service, is and continues to be, very American in personality and very orientated towards courtesy, professionalism, and uplifting.Every interaction, I was greeted with options and possibilities, during my experience with Open Sky.I hope to find more of what Open Sky offers, in my future interactions.

      *** I would give them 0 stars if I could***
      This business is refusing to issue me a refund. Since March 18th, I was told that my check in the amount of $1500 will be issued so call back every couple days. I finally was told that my check was mailed in the amount of $1500 was mailed on April 6th and I have yet to receive the check so I filed a dispute with my bank. Open Sky reported that since I filed a dispute with bank, that they placed a stop payment on my check and what was told to me is that the funds went to my bank which PNC has no record of. When I spoke with the representative this morning, I asked how and why the funds would go to my bank, if allegedly I was receiving a live check in the mail since April 6th, the representative said, " I do not know" but we do not have deposit to give you. This has been an ongoing battle with trying to receive my deposit back. I continue to get the run around and no one is providing me straight answers and I am asking for is my deposit back. I initially applied for the secured card, but after seeing all of the horrible reviews I immediately closed my account and was told that my deposit would come back to me. They report 4-6 weeks, but the email I received said 3 and I have yet to receive anything in the mail. After the lady told me this morning that it was sent to my bank, but when I spoke with my back, they said that it would never happen, I knew that this company is fraudulent.

      You should truly be ashamed of how you handle your customers with **********************. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO MAKE A PAYMENT. I am veteran and if this is a scam and I going to find out how many people you've done this to and contact them and I'm taking this to my local news and to my vet *** and city hall to band you from doing business with military PERIOD. THIS COMPANY ARE CRIMINALS STEALING MONEY. I've never had a credit card where you are unable to pay with a direct payment from your debit card online or on the App! causing multiple returns check fees!!!!

      Open Sky is a predatory lender. Stay as far away from them as possible. If you pay off your secured card with them, they will send you an offer to open an unsecured card just so they can charge you the annual fee. I couldnt get into my online account to pay off my balance (which was just the annual fee,) and now they charged me late fees at a whomping 30% interest rate almost. I regret this card and should have just closed my secured card.

      I had an account with this company and fell on hard times. Its reporting negative on my credit report Ive been trying for 3 months to get in touch with some one to clear up the debt and having no luck!!!! But every month the account is reporting negative on my credit report

      I paid for a $100 secured card to improve my credit which I was told to do. It brought my score from a 6:21 to a 494. It did the complete opposite and worse because they kept refusing my payment and doing reversals. When I asked for an explanation they could not really give one. They need to be investigated

      Deposited $200 over three weeks ago and still havent received my card they want to blame it on the postal service and charge me an extra $50 to expedite a new card. Also Im told it will take 4-8 weeks for reimbursement if I choose to close account in which theyve already taken $35 which leaves me $165.
