      TRASH COMPANY - Take them Out of this WORLD! They are ONLY hurting Society!
      This was my first credit card, and they scammed over $500 from my bank and never put the money on my credit card. Spoke with customer server and they said it would be available nov 5.
      Today i called to see where my money was, they lied to me then transferred me to multiple representatives to avoid dealing with the issue.
      This is 100% wrong to do to someone who just started a new business and got his first credit card. they literally stole 500$.
      I have been through hell and back,

      The worst credit card ever! I have never even use the card activated the card they’re charging me three dollars a month for a paper statement which I thought when I first got the card I enrolled in the statements that I had the situation taken care of back in July. No they’re bringing up the annual fee which I was laid on and they were nice. Wanted to take that off since I have never use the card but they’re excuses because I paid the annual fee leaves even though the credit was put back on my account but every month I call I talk to Sammy they figure it out the balance is here unless I use the card which is seven is a cardigan for September my balance was zero here. We go again with October and once again it’s $44 again for a $30 late fee. I’m not sure what the other three dollar fee at six dollar PS4.

      Truly horrible company to do business with. They regect small payments for the annual fee then add late payments on top of that saying the payment info I entered is wrong which I know it is correct. They will not let you know by email or phone that this is the case so they could add more late fees and report late to your credit. I have had an emasculate credit profile for about 3 years I started from fresh have 2-3 secured credit cards and am on top of them 24/7 making sure I dont miss a payment. They will destroy your life and your credit. When you try to call them and get ahold of them they will leave you on hold for 30+ minutes then hangup on you as soon as they answer. Truly Criminal and I am surprised they are still in business. Would highly recommend Stay away!

      I have an issue as to Open Sky Secured Credit Visa's account ledger balance as they lack an up to date/up to the minute accurate reflection calculation in their billing department. Customer payments with current available balance statements are 'not' accurately being reflected in a timely manner online. I have called and spoken to the customer support representatives as to this issue and I am told that it takes 8 days to reflect on the statement account as to the current credit balance. This is unacceptable and is not the standard guideline as most financial online bank balances show the correct availability of funds and dates of pending available funds (were they not cleared immediately) in writing on the website page. This is inaccurate representation of funds and I had spoken and gave notice of this issue to be escalated to management to put in the updates, to forward the issue to the website development team.

      Had a secured card with them for about 2-3 years with $5000 secured credit limit. Only for them to reject my payments for yearly annual fees and charge me late fees multiple times. I know my bank account connected has money inside of it. Then they report late payment to my credit after paying their fee multiple times and it being rejected. Then I request to closed my account they say they will send my check in the mail and it should take about 2 to 3 weeks. After 2 to 3 weeks later I receive notification im getting my check in the mail via usps informed delivery only to check the mail and the peice of mail to be missing. Now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for my own money. I suspect fraud with open sky and I dont recommend them to anyone.

      This is the worst! They delay posting your payment then charge a ton of extra fees. You can only pay with your checking account but they dont post right away. I paid my account off then closed it and they reported I still owed them $150 which was charged in fees after I paid them and closed the account. Then they posted bad reports to the credit bureaus, refuse to take it off and repost it to my credit report monthly. Since them I have opened several credit cards which have helped build my credit way better. Dont walk .... run away from these unhelpful crooks set up to ruin your credit.

      After having their secure card for two plus years, someone paid off my card balance. When I questioned it, they closed my card and issued a new one but never sent it. They then blocked my account for 5 months...I finally got ahold of the security dept.- they told me to send a letter from paying bank and person. This information they know i don't have. So finally trying to have them send me card they are closing my account completely for being paid $500 towards my card.
      A total of 6 months later I have waited on hold for 8 hours (6 hours one day and 2 host the next), multiple hang ups by then, dept closed while on hold, I demanded my security deposit back if $500.
      Sometime in that span... somehow my information was leaked and I am now dealing with multiple fraud problems including IRS.
      This company is the worst to help build your credit! And does nothing to assist the people that have accounts with them!
