      The professionalism and quality of work were excellent throughout the entire project. My only warning is that if you're replacing a roof and also want minor repairs to your trim make certain you have those minor repairs specified in your contract. Smartroof makes a distinction between roofing and trim work. They have separate roof and trim crews. The roofing crew doesn't do trim and Smartroof doesn't want to send out the whole trim crew for only minor work. Smartroof also has a smaller project follow-up team that will do minor trim work and will do it very well. Make it easier on yourself and be sure you see any minor add ons you want in writing. Refuse to sign the contract if they're not there..

      SmartRoof did an excellent job on the siding in my house. Project Manager James J**** was especially helpful with resolving issues in a timely manner and communicating regularly with me. He provided a lot of help on site and visited regularly to make sure everything went smoothly. I recommend this company highly.

      The roof replacement went through smooth and right on schedule. The work for that size of the roof was done in one day that was beyond my expectation. Thanks a lot to Field Supervisor Peter Day and the whole work force on the project.

      The SmartRoof supervisors and crew were professional, prompt, efficient and responsive to our requests. Special mention goes to Frank who oversaw the actual installation process which was completed in less time than I expected. Very grateful for everyone’s hard work and dedication to a job well done.

      From the advanced team to the crew doing the work, Smart Roof was amazing. The Forman, Donald Turner, is the consummate professional. Actively engaged throughout the project and took a hands-on approach to resolve any issues before they could become problems. The results are fantastic. They even picked up after themselves. Superior.
