  Pete Day and everyone at Smart Roof were truly exceptional in every regard. This is a highly professional company that cares about taking care of their customers. I've never been happier with a contractor as they paid incredible attention to detail and communicated with us every step of the way. Ask for Pete Day as your Project Manager and you won't be disappointed.

  Good communication throughout the entire process. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the outside nice. No evidence of the mess that was there during the roof replacement. Our project manager Pete was onsite and provided timely updates and good communication during the installation. Great job and I've already recommended Smart Roof to my coworkers who are looking to have their roofs inspected and/or replaced. My only suggestion for improvement related to the portion of the process when I was informed about available upgrades of shingles and roofing accessories. Listened to the sales pitch and respectfully rejected the upgrades but I was the questioned about my reasons for not getting the upgrades. I understand the sales process but don't like the pressure sales. Other then that the process was very smooth.

  My husband and I are extremely pleased with the entire encounter with SmartRoof crew from start to finish. Mr. James J*** was on site and gave an excellent explanation of what was being done and why. It was a totally educational and enjoyable experience, especially learning the functionality of the various pieces put on the roof. The job was professionally done. All levels of the process was excellent. Mr. Jone was very patient with any questions and concerns. We are already in the process of recommending SmartRoof to others. This was a job well done. This is a 10 star encounter. The roof looks and feels GREAT!!! We thank you!!!

  I would absolutely recommend Smartroof. The entire Smartroof team was a pleasure to work with and the process of replacing our roof could not have been easier. After one phone call to the insurance company, Smartroof took care of the rest to ensure we were approved for a total roof replacement. Pete and his install team did a tremendous job and left the property spotless. Communication could not have better throughout the entire process. True pros.

  The whole process from start to finish was very professional. All of the individuals involved in the project were friendly, patient and informative and they worked with my insurance company very well. Ebenezer and his crew did an excellent job on the installation.and addressed all of my questions and concerns.

  I am very pleased with the tear off, installation, and clean-up by the SmartRoof crew. Mr. Jones directed the crew and made sure the driveway and porch were broom clean, and all of the nails, staples, and boxes were removed from the property. The job was done in a completely professional manner and expedient amount of time.

  SmartRoof was an angel that fell onto my doorstep. It all started off with my neighbor getting his roof replaced. Yong stopped by one evening to inform me about the install and asked if I was interested getting my roof inspected. I am a new home owner and have not gotten my roof inspected since moving in, so I accepted. Yong spent that evening inspecting and informing me that I have some pretty bad storm damage on my roof. He was able to inform me that we could go through insurance to get it approved for a full replacement.
  It took some time to get our insurance provider to approve it, but they finally did!
  The whole SmartRoof team was super helpful and informative about how our roof can be replaced. They offer solar panel solutions, but we did not go down that route since we are new home owners and have other high ticketing items to address. Plus out home is probably not the best fit for solar panels due to the trees in our front yard blocking sunlight and our roof doesn't have that much real estate for solar panels. We however upgraded the building materials hoping for a longer lifespan of our roof replacement.
  The whole installment went extremely smoothly and was managed by Pete. Throughout the project Pete kept in touch to inform me that everything was going smoothly. My favorite part is when he said they did not have to replace any of the plywood! Their team came in installed the roof and cleaned up! The roof is beautiful and I am super satisfied.
  I felt that SmartRoof really cared about their customers and made sure I was always informed. They made the installment easy. Afterwards, Pete and Yong touched based with me making sure everything was all set!

  The Smartroof team was very organized, disciplined and methodical - from sales through completion of the project. They communicated frequently, and kept me as the customer very well informed before during and at completion of the project. The project manager was easy to work with and the team was punctual courteous and did high quality work. I would hire them again!
