  SmartRoof is very professional business. We are happy and lucky to work with their services from the sales, office agents, project managers, installation crew... such as Frank, Doug, Michaela, Jon, and more... An incident happened when the shingles falling down from the roof before the day installed and damaged the gutter. Jon called the supplier come to fix even on dark time. The damage gutter has been finally fixed correctly when the roof is done. Thank you ALL and Highly recommended!

  SmartRoof nailed it! Not a shingle complaint!
  Every single person I worked with helped to make my roof replacement a seamless and stress-free process. The team was very cohesive, and the more points of contact I was introduced to, the more comfortable I was in my decision to go with SmartRoof. Everyone was knowledgeable, and very much down to earth, actually listening to my questions and concerns and providing recommendations that were in MY best interest rather than in the company’s best interest. You won’t get boilerplate responses here.
  My project was certainly on the smaller end of the spectrum, yet I never once felt like I was any less valued as a customer than those with larger projects. Here’s a quick breakdown of my process and contacts:
  Initial call - Todd gave me a general overview of the process, but most importantly to me, was very knowledgeable about specific insurance companies and how they tend to operate based on his many years of industry experience (i.e. how difficult will it likely be to prove to the insurer their responsibility to pay for the roof replacement, how quickly the insurer tends to pay, etc).
  Inspection - Todd inspected my roof for damage and was immediately confident in the ultimate outcome - a new roof fully paid for by insurance. He and Thomas (Estimate Coordinator) worked directly with my insurance contact to agree on an estimate.
  Project Meeting - Haley explained each line of the estimate in detail and provided recommendations where appropriate - obviously making me aware of possible upgrades but not in a pushy salesperson kind of way. Again, customer oriented!
  Project Scheduling - Natalie explained details regarding the day of the replacement and worked with me to schedule, offering flexibility if needed.
  Replacement & Wrap up - Jon, the project manager, met with me before and after, and was in constant contact and very responsive and friendly. The roofers were great, even working 2 hrs into darkness to complete the job.

  Truly an excellent experience with SmartRoof!
  From the onset, we knew we were in VERY great hands with Consultant Nate J**** as he assessed damages and communicated with the adjuster with expertise and thorough detail. He is absolutely sensational! Our Project Manager Jon N**** was also SUPER, with consistent and quick communication/ follow through. The entire project went off without a glitch! Thank you to SmartRoof and the crew!

  Hello,
  The replacement of our roof, under Smart Roof contract, completed well and within the scope of the project, cost and timeframe. Project planning, preparation, cost analysis and estimate and their staff collaboration with our Insurance Company, as well as project scheduling, and execution, all performed highly professionally and with a satisfactory level of Quality of Service (QoS). I found Smart Roof Estimate Lead Expert - Thomas B. - highly professional with a great customer service skill. Natalie from their scheduling department, was very helpful and capable of providing good and detail task scheduling information and good understating of our time constraint and factoring it in her project scheduling. Kyra from accounting department, with very timely reporting and effective communication of the financial report with accurate information. With all this, the project could not start, and completed without a highly professional Project Manager (PM) like - Jonathan (Jon) - Project Manager | Smart Roof LLC. I found Jon very talented, and well skilled Project Manager. I enjoyed working with him. I think he is good with customer and good listener to customer needs for better understanding of the project requirement with good managerial skills. I think staff like Thomas B., Natalie, Kyra, and Jonathan are true assets of Smart Roof Company. They represent Smart Roof Service at the highest level of QoS. Our special thanks to them, who made our project happen and kept us a satisfied Smart Roof customer. Five stars to all four! It was a pleasure working with all of them! I would like and happy to give them a 5-star review!
