      After several days of thunderstorms that produced tornadoes in the area I purchased gas on 4/7. I noticed two out of theee grades of gas was out of order but I grabbed what was available only to make it a couple blocks. Thinking my fuel pump went out I put truck in the shop. Went to pick up the next day and told he had to flush entire fuel system and drop gas tank. I went back to the store only for cashiers to tell me several cars was damaged and management should have stop selling all 3 grades but choose not to. Fast forward to me out of almost $700, ************** has my claim and said they cant pay me because GPM is not replying and havent approved my claim. Im literally on several cameras purchasing fuel. When the pumps were finally shut down pump #5 still showed me as the last person they sold gas to before they shut down all the pumps for about 2 weeks. Now Im stuck getting hung up on by ***** ******* with ************** whenever I call. Left message for his immediate supervisor ***** ****** but no reply. Leaving message with *** ***** ****** with ************** bc I was told she handling this particular incident but no reply. All I want is my money for repairs and the fuel that was drain. But the instead I been on the phone since for 4 hours and been hung up on 6 times by *********************************** im asking where my money

Ms. ****** will receive a response by the end of this week. Again, we appreciate this issue being brought to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      The most abhorrent customer service experience Ive ever had in my life? Does anyone work at this organization or any that they are supposed to control? In customer service? On a Wednesday morning in October? The 8th October? In customer service in the morning? I am stupid. I thought this organization cared about money? Ive been belittled, abused, mocked and had my sincerity, virtue and my word called in to question by multiple people at multiple locations. I will not re live this ordeal any more without representation Thank you ***

      GPM INVESTMENTS *********************************************************************************************** ATTENTION TO:GPM Investments's current Chief Executive Officer is **** ******.****** E. ********** serves as Executive Vice President and *************** Officer of **************, and *************** Officer of GPM, since January 2, 2024.IRONY: The success of our stores would not be possible without one factoryou!GPM # **** **************************************************************** 09/25/2024 Time: 12:23:19 pm TRANS#******* Store Manager: ****** ******* (Rude, never smiles, unempathetic to customers, needs Management training, no common sense, no logic, customers are not first for him, argumentative, poor judgment skills...etc. etc.)Problem: Cashier #2 assigned the wrong pump. I went back inside, ******* said it was assigned for pump 3 and I would have to wait to verify with cashier 2. I asked, "how long?" He said, " I don't know, rudely!" She is in the bathroom!!. I asked him very nicely and pleaded for help ,,,,, "PLEASE!" if he could help me since I clock in to work at 1:00 pm. and I would be late.******* was rude and said, I need to check the cameras to verify if you told her Pump 2...so he left me there waiting for 15 min, while other customers were getting angry since they were also left alone waiting for customer service.He came back and said he could not hear the video and assigned me back to pump 2. Never apologized for the wait and to other customers. He is a mean, narcissistic Manager (****** *******).As a result, I was late for work due to his inability to make fast, wise, common-sense decisions.********* Evaluation: "F" for FAILURE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE: SIMPLY, CHANGE ME TO ANOTHER PUMP.

      I use to work for this company and they couldnt clock me in for 5 days it was like that and because of that they didnt keep track of my hours. On the 6th day I had been fired from there and when I was supposed to be paid I didnt get paid and I ended up not getting paid and then when I had called they told me I didnt get payed and hey dont owe me anything I said you owe me 40 hours and I said you guys owe me 40 hours at 14 dollars a hour ad they wont ad havent even paid me at all for my work.

      We were at the *************, ** road ranger to get gas and buy some treats for the kids on our road trip. We paid for the gas at the pump and then went in to get the kids their road snacks. The cashier said the payment terminal didn't work and the charge didn't go through so he moved us over to the register next to it. That payment went through he said and then when we got home realized we were charged twice. I called Road Ranger corporate services to get it sorted and at first they were friendly and said they'd look into it and after that I never heard back and couldn't get hold of anyone. Pretty sure this is a bad company and I will make sure not to risk going to another Road Ranger.

      Went to #*** in ******************* and waited patiently while tons of people kept coming in and no one would wait on me. I was buying lottery tickets and was standing by that register. After 15 minutes I slammed down my purse and was told by "the manager" that I have to wait because they don't make commission on lottery tickets. After I asked what the store number was she said I had to talk to her if I had a complaint. Mmm I don't think so. Maybe because I was the only white person among all blacks? Not sure but will never stop there again and I live in *******************!

      I tried contacting this company about $100 there ATM withdrew from my account but didn't give me. I received no response. I work hard and I'm a single mom $100 is a lot of money to me!

      I am one of their dealer, based here in **************, I have been chasing them to release funds of mine to me for weeks but no reply. Pathetic customer service
