      GPM is a very poorly ran by people who like to make accusations against their employees and not have any proof to show why those employees are getting fired. If there is suspected theft in your business you need to bring proof to the table when you accuse people of those incidences. Our store had six employees and in less than 1 week they have zero five employees were fired and I walked out because I was accused of taking an item but when I asked him for proof of that he told me he didn't have to give me proof that lost prevention had viewed the cameras and seen it. I'm big on integrity and then the job like this you have to have integrity and with that being said when you challenge someone's integrity in an environment like that you better have proof! I forewarn anybody who works here because not only will they completely drag you down they will accuse you of things and fire you without any proof.

      Very very disgusted with this company. My mother pasted away on Dec 17, ********************************************************************* her sleep one nite. She paid for 2 different life insurance policies thru her job that was deducted right from her check at admiral petrol in ******** and also had an employer paid policy. I have contacted her manager 3 times now to get information on these policies that I am the beneficiary of to have the funds released and all they do is get rude and hang up on me. I then went out of my way to contact gpm corporate in ******** got transfered 8 times just to get multiple answering machines and over 2 weeks of no one calling me back. I'm giving them 1 more chance to make this right or I'm getting a lawyer to make them give me what my mother rightfully paid for.

      I am writing this in response to your companies shady gas prices at your convenience stores in **********************. Your company owns All of the stations in our town. Talk about buying up all the competition. Let's go back a couple days.. Dec 23rd 2022 the gas price was **** per gallon. As of yesterday, Dec 28th (just 5 days) your price is **** a gal. Now I get there's a lot of factors that go into the price of gas. But there IS NO WAY, the market fluctuates that much!!! You are a greedy a** company that is doin nothing less than PRICE GOUGING!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for such shady business practices!!!!!!

      Purchased lottery tickets from the shore stop in ****** **. Where I was berate by a store employee due to the cashier having a bad day. I was told by the cashier that because the tickets were purchased it could not be returned or refunded I replied you type the wrong date in I asked for sat and Sunday the ticket were for Monday. The cashier took the tickets I paid for and placed it behind the counter. Then proceeded to charge me for the cover tickets when i asked about the paid ticket the cashier said do you want them back i said yes and with all tickets in my hand I had to get more cash the cashiers said to leave the tickets that was not paid for I left the tickets came back the tickets were on the floor when i asked what was the purpose of leaving the tickets the cashier got vulgar with me so I asked to speak to the store manager and the cashier ***** said she was not there. I made a complaint on line and the response was to use this incident as a tutorial. When an employee tells a customer they dont give a F-word if a complaint is filed demonstrates the lack of professionalism and the notion of any repercussion for behavior.

      Dont know store number but the address is *********************************************************** iBought a lottery ticket an won 500 dollars the cash register lady scanned it and said she only had 40 in her cash register an an wasnt able to cash out more then 200. Which was a lie if its over 500 you have to take it to ***********. She then proceeded to print the receipt an stapled it to my ticket but she put paid to customer, when the security footage in that store showes i didnt receive no money from her. Called *********** lottery an spoke to security he investigated it an said the cashier was new there, he proceeded to talk to manager he verified i didnt get my money, an then he contacted GPMinvestments an corporate wanted to send me a check an still have not recieved it nor will he reply back to my emails!
